​I am the local Home Instead Senior Care franchise owner and I possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in our community. It's the reason why I was chosen to serve seniors and their families right here in Valdosta, Georgia. I have been the local owner since July, 2005. I am a Certified Senior Advisor, CSA, and I have a broad understanding of senior related issues and I have quite a lot of information about services available for the senior population. Judy Hesters, Home Care Consultant / Valdosta

After retiring from a 25-year career which included community based social services, economic development and higher education, Judy re-entered the workforce as an Assistant Director for a local Retirement Community and later worked as the Education and Outreach Coordinator for an Elder Law attorney. 

Over the past three years, she became increasingly aware of how important it is for Seniors and their family members to make informed decisions about the continuum of health services designed to meet the diverse care needs of older adults.

"Working for Home Instead Senior Care is a great fit for me and a wonderful opportunity to combine my education and work experiences to serve Seniors Citizens and their families across South Georgia.  I am blessed every day to connect with families and assist with improving the quality of life for their loved one."



Pamela Jackson - Staff Coordinator/ Valdosta

Pamela Jackson - Staff Coordinator/ Valdosta

​Pamela joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in January of 2016.  She has been a private caregiver in the past and has also had her own Personal Care Home!  She enjoys meeting with clients and CAREGivers.  Pamela likes building relationships with CAREGivers because they share the mutual interest of caring for the aging adults in our community.   It is her calling and her desire to assist the elderly, whether it is just a need for companionship and a friendly face or just requires someone​ that doesn't mind lending a helping hand.  She discovered that working with seniors was her passion at the age of 15 when she held her first summer job working at a senior center.  Pamela has one daughter and finds great joy in her role as a mother.  She also enjoys traveling, and attending motivational social events. She is a great listener and loves to give positive advice to others.  Her positive outlook allows her to live, laugh and love life to the fullest. ​


Fran Puryear - Home Care Consultant / Thomasville

Fran Puryear - Home Care Consultant / Thomasville

​Fran Puryear received her bachelor's degree in business w/cencentration in accounting at Samford University, Birmingham, AL.  Later in life went back to college and received her Master's in Business Administration w/Cencentration in Leadership.  She gained her experience with some of the following organizations: Oxmoor Publishing, Southern Living Magazine, Habitat for Humanity International Headquarters, Habitat for Humanity Affiliate of Cordele, GA., American Cancer Society.  Not until 2010 did she find her heart's passion while working for a small nursing home in Edison, GA.  She now has seven years experience helping seniors and feels it is an honor to be part of the Home Instead team to continue caring for seniors.

Nell Adams - Recruitment  and Engagement Coordinator

​Nell started working with Home Instead Senior Care in May 2014.  She previously worked in an adminstrative office position for 15 years.  She wanted to make an obvious change in jobs where she could interact with a greater number of people and help them in different wasys in their lives.  She has always been involved in church ministry and is very involved in her local church in small group activities.  She is married and has been blessed with 3 children and 5 grandchildren.  She has an indentical twin sister and spends most of her leisure time with her family.


Tiffany Deloach - Asst. Staff Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Tiffany Deloach - Asst. Staff Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

​Tiffany began working with Home Instead Senior Care in May of 2014.  She has a background of being an administrative assistant in homecare.  She came to Home Instead because she likes being able to help seniors and wants the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life.  She is very outgoing and has a great sense of humor.  Tiffany is married with 5 children.

Judy Harrell - Staff Coordinator / Thomasville

​Judy started with Home Instead Senior Care in October of 2015.  She has formerly worked as a community education coordinator, computer teacher, media specialist, and library assistant.  She enjoys working with a variety of people and having a variety of tasks to perform, to make each day different and exciting.  She was drawn to Home Instead Senior Care to serve others, give back to the community and to make a difference in the world.  She loves challenges and doesn't give up easily.  Her nickname is the "energizer bunny" due her great energy level.  She was born in San Diego and has lived in Hawaii.  Judy loves nature and camping.  Her and her husband live on a hobby farm with chickens and bees.  She has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.


Julie Wright - Part time / on-call nurse

Julie Wright - Part time / on-call nurse

​Born in Valdosta and grew up in Albany Ga. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Central Florida then 10 years later with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University. Have been a Registered Nurse for 20 years starting at South Georgia Medical Center, then working in Home Infusion therapy, Hospice Care, and as Administrator of 2 different Ambulatory Surgery Centers for the past 10 years. In my spare time I enjoy spending time at St George Island with my husband and family and friends. I have 2 grown daughters and two grown step-daughters.
