Our Team

JJ Nance joined the Home Instead team in 2019 as the Operations Manager for the Lafayette Franchise. Prior to joining, JJ worked as the District Manager at ALDI in the Chicago area. He was also worked as a manager at the Lafayette Chick-fil-A for four years before ALDI. In his free time, JJ loves spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as serving in his local church. One of JJ’s favorite quotes is, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."

​Andrew Antonio joined Home Instead in 2020 as the Director of Community Relations for the Lafayette and Noblesville offices. Before joining the company, he worked for Greater Lafayette Commerce, as the Vice President of Chamber and Quality of Life, expanding professional development resources for local businesses, leading quality of life initiatives, and organizing political advocacy events. He also spent 10 years working for Ivy Tech Community College of Lafayette, as the Executive Director of Diversity, Engagement, and International Programs.

Gina is the Service Coordinator for our Lafayette, Indiana Franchise. Prior to joining the Home Instead Senior Care team in July 2019, Gina enjoyed being a team member at Indiana University Health Arnett. During her years IU Health, she developed an interest in the senior community, and a passion to ensure quality senior care. Gina is originally from Northern NJ, and has lived in Nebraska and Nevada before settling here in Indiana. When not in the office, Gina enjoys writing, watching documentaries, and attending festivals with her mother. The 4th of July is her favorite holiday. She spends much of her free time with her grandson and her fur-ever friend, Cocoa.

​Haley is the Office Coordinator for the Lafayette, Indiana Franchise. Prior to Home Instead Senior Care, she worked with her father on his Salmon tender in Naknek and Southeast, Alaska. Haley accepted a position as a CAREGiver with Home Instead in January of 2017 and joined the Lafayette office team in January of 2019. When Haley is not in the office she enjoys spending her free time focusing on bettering her photography skills. Haley’s favorite quote is “Life is not measured by how many breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away”.

Shannon joined the Home Instead team in August of 2020 as the Billing Specialist for the Lafayette and Noblesville Franchises. In addition to working with Home Instead, she works part-time at Reed and Co. Accounting Firm. She and her husband John have one daughter whom they homeschool. Shannon is a volunteer with Kairos Prison Ministry and is serving as the Vice-President of the Advisory Council for the Rockville Women’s Correctional Facility Chapter. In her spare time, she likes to read, swim, and travel. ​

Michael is the Technology Coordinator for the Lafayette Indiana Franchise. In addition to working part-time at Home Instead, he enjoys designing websites, building computers, and working on various IT projects. He works for a local web design company and is the founder of his own web design business. He enjoys teamwork, having a good laugh, and problem-solving. His favorite part about working with Home Instead is finding ways to implement the latest technology into everyday life. You’ll often find him in the office working behind the scenes to ensure that the computers, phones, and devices are all working effectively. He is very flexible and enjoys helping the admin staff off-hours in any way that he can. He looks forward to seeing what the future holds with Home Instead and is grateful for the opportunity to be apart of all that it has become. 

Anna Irons is the Engagement Coordinator for the Lafayette, Indiana Franchise. Prior to joining the Home Instead Senior Care team in the fall of 2017, Anna enjoyed being a team member at her local Chick-fil-A. With her time there, she learned many important and valuable life skills that she continues to implement at Home Instead. Among them being compassion, teamwork, and living out the Golden Rule. Her favorite part about working with Home Instead is being able to impact the lives of older adults and their families for the better. Her favorite quote is, “When there is no love, pour love in and you will pull love out.” Anna believes that no matter how small an act of kindness may be, it can have a big impact on anyone. Anna is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of all of the amazing things that Home Instead is doing and hopes to continue her career for a long time to come.
