Andrew Antonio joined Home Instead in 2020 as the Director of Community Relations for the Lafayette and Noblesville offices. Before joining the company, he worked for Greater Lafayette Commerce, as the Vice President of Chamber and Quality of Life, expanding professional development resources for local businesses, leading quality of life initiatives, and organizing political advocacy events. He also spent 10 years working for Ivy Tech Community College of Lafayette, as the Executive Director of Diversity, Engagement, and International Programs.
He has served in many volunteer roles in the community, including the Greater Lafayette Indiana Black Expo, United Way, Tippecanoe Arts Federation, Leadership Lafayette, Tippecanoe Latino Festival, Wabash Riverfest, Lafayette Neighborhood Housing Services, Tippecanoe County Human Relations Commission, FBI Citizen’s Academy, and the Diversity Roundtable of Tippecanoe County.
Due to the success of these and other collaborations, partnerships, and projects, Andrew was awarded the Outstanding Community Service Director Award by Indiana Campus Compact, Tippy Connect Young Professionals Top 10 under 40 Award, and the Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion Award.
Andrew and his wife, Sarah, have 8 children and enjoy spending time on the family farm, riding anything with two wheels, and traveling.
