We started using Home Instead a few months ago. My mom was struggling with her health and my dad is struggling with dementia. Neither I nor any of my siblings live close to them. It has been such a relief to have someone there with them everyday . Shirley is wonderful ! She makes sure they have healthy meals , monitors their meds, takes them to medical appointments and just helps them with whatever they need . Since Shirley has been with them my mom’s health has improved immensely! We can take care of everything through the Honor app but any time I have called they are quick to respond and accommodate with whatever we need . So happy we found Home Instead !

We have used Home Instead for years. In the past with my Mother and now with my sister who is disabled. They have always been supportive, safe, and communicate well. This service has been a blessing not only to the individual being served, but as respite for our family.

We have used Home Instead for a few years. My 92 year old Mother has Deniese come to her home and help her 3 times a week. Deniese is reliable, kind and compassionate with Mom. We rely and trust Deniese to share her thoughts and concerns about how Mom is doing day to day. TO PUT IT BLUNTLY Mom would not be able to live in her home if not for Home Instead and Mom’s care provider Deniese. Our family needs and appreciates Deniese very much. With Home Instead my Mom can be taken to her appointments, driven to the grocery, go to a museum, have her meals prepared and even have help finding her vacuum cleaner named Charlie.

I have been working with Home Instead for almost a year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. Concerned for my aging parent adamant to stay at home, my initial conversation with Jake was very comforting. Jake was attentive to my worries and took the time to answer any questions I had. Tracy completed the home visit in a fun but very professional manner to come up with an action plan to best support my mom at home. Tracy could not have assigned a better match to care for my mom. I can't say enough good things about Vicky. Vicky is extremely thoughtful , hard working and reliable . She is genuinely caring and treats mom like her own family. Vicky has built a wonderful relationship with my mom and has definitely extended her quality of life and allowed mom to stay at home with dignity and respect. I am grateful for the humor and companionship Vicky has brought to mom's life and the peace of mind it has brought to mine knowing mom is in good hands with Vicky. Leanne has transitioned from Tracey as mom's team coordinator . Leanne has been great working with me coordinating any requests , responding in a timely manner and coming up with solutions as mom's needs change. I appreciate that Leanne frequently comes out to the house taking the time to visit with mom and support Vicky . It is reassuring to know that Home Instead works as a team and is only a phone call away.

Finding the best care for your loved ones is always a top priority for everyone! You find that here at Home Instead. From the initial phone conversation, to the phone calls with my long term care provider, to the inperson assessment of the patient, to the execution of the care for the patient was excellent, seemless, and VERY easy to complete. During the time you are looking for the best care for your loved one, everyone is a bit stressed out, upset, confused, and often tired. Home Instead made everything so easy and the care they provide is wonderful.
