Seth Sternberg

Seth Sternberg

Co-founder/CEO, Honor

Seth Sternberg is the Co-Founder & CEO of Honor. Prior to Honor, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Meebo, which brought instant messaging to the web and reached close to half the internet population in the United States. Meebo was acquired by Google, where Seth became a Product Director working on the Google Identity Platform, and then within GoogleX. Seth started his career with IBM’s Corporate Development group after graduating from Yale University. He's also an alumnus (dropout) of Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Sandy Jen

Sandy Jen

Co-founder, Honor

Sandy Jen is a long-time entrepreneur and most recently co-founded Honor in 2014 to focus on transforming home-based care for older adults. She currently spends most of her time working with product and engineering to further the mission of changing the way we care for the aging population. In 2005, she co-founded Meebo with Honor's CEO. Their consumer internet company focused on instant messaging was acquired by Google in 2012.

Cameron Ring

Cameron Ring

Co-founder, Honor

Cameron was the Co-founder and Chief Architect of Plaxo, an internet address book platform that launched in 2002 and was acquired by Comcast in 2008. Cameron then co-founded Dandelion Chocolate in 2010, where he built and ran the production side of the company. As a Co-founder of Honor, he currently helps guide product strategy. Cameron graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science.

Monica Lo

Monica Lo

Co-founder/Strategy & Operations, Honor

Monica co-founded Honor in 2014 and has led the G&A, Finance, and People functions. She currently focuses on business and strategy. Prior to Honor, she worked in retail grocery on initiatives related to strategy and operations, and spent a number of years in management consulting on topics ranging from consumer technology to supply chain. She received her MBA from Stanford and MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

Ian Clarkson

President

Ian leads Honor’s core operations, overseeing the Care, Growth, and Product teams. He’s focused on both the day-to-day operations of delivering care and setting the company up for long-term success. Ian joined Honor after serving as president and COO at Nerdy, a live online learning platform. Prior to Nerdy, he spent 14 years at Amazon, where, amongst other things, he built AmazonFresh, Amazon’s home grocery delivery service and led Amazon’s seller services business in Europe.

Kim Atkinson

Chief Communications Officer

Kim Atkinson is Chief Communications Officer at Honor and Home Instead, and leads the companies' brand, marketing and communications efforts. Since joining in 2023, she led the relaunch of the Home Instead brand, positioning the 30 year-old brand at the forefront in innovative home care service for the global aging population, while simultaneously building Honor Technology's corporate position as a leading healthtech innovator. Kim brings more than 20 years of experience in communications and brand marketing for medtech, healthcare, and hospitality franchises, holding senior leadership roles at SmileDirectClub, AthleticGreens, and IHG where she built and elevated globally recognized brands.

Matt Klitus

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer at Honor and Home Instead, Matt leads the company’s financial operations and corporate strategy, helping drive innovation and scale across the world’s largest home care network. He brings 20+ years of leadership in healthcare and technology, most recently as CFO at Lyra Health, where he helped scale access to mental health care for over 20 million people. He’s also held senior roles at MassHealth, managing the state’s $16B Medicaid budget, and at Cityblock, leading home-based care operations for high-risk populations.

Shawn Lindquist

Chief Legal Officer

Shawn is the Chief Legal Officer of Honor, where he oversees all legal affairs. A values-driven legal executive with nearly 30 years of experience, he has served in c-level leadership roles at high-growth public and private companies at the intersection of technology and innovation, including MX, Vivint, Vivint Solar, Fusion-io, and Omniture - four of which he helped guide through successful IPOs. He began his career as a corporate securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
