Meet The Global Headquarters Executive Team

Jeff Huber, Chief Executive Officer
Jeff’s passion for creating a higher quality of life for aging adults and their families comes through in his global advocacy for policies that support family caregivers. He has increased the organization’s commitment to leadership development and training to empower professional and family caregivers and to advance the mission of Home Instead Senior Care: to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. Jeff is a frequent speaker on aging topics at events on the global stage, including the Silver Economy Forum, the Financial Times Dementia Summit and the Milken Future of Health Summit. He is a member of AARP CEO Champions, Fast Company Impact Council, G100 Network and the World Economic Forum, among other leadership positions in the industry.
Jeff graduated magna cum laude from the Creighton University School of Law and summa cum laude from Creighton University. Jeff practiced law for four years, including two years as a law clerk for a United States District Court judge.

Seth Sternberg, CEO, Honor Technology, Inc.
Seth sits at the head of Honor Technology, Inc., the parent company of Home Instead; and is a co-founder and CEO of Honor, a home care service company, and founder of the Honor Care Network, a pioneering national network of home care agencies. Together with CEO, Jeff Huber, and the Home Instead and Honor Leadership Teams, Seth is helping to leverage technology to improve the home care experience for aging adults, their families, and their professional caregivers around the world.
Prior to Honor, Seth was the Co-Founder and CEO of Meebo, which brought instant messaging to the web and reached close to half the internet population in the United States. When Google acquired Meebo, Seth became a Product Director working first on the Google Identity Platform, then Google X (now simply X). Seth started his career with IBM’s Corporate Development group after graduating from Yale University.

Jim Hood, President
Today, Jim leads global operations of the franchise network and is particularly adept at delivering problem solving at scale. Jim has more than 20 years of experience in information technology, software development, and leadership. After earning a bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University, Jim spent most of his career driving business outcomes through software application and digital solutions. Before Home Instead, Jim worked across industries including telecommunications, transportation, publishing, and agriculture.

Jessie Brumbach, Global Chief Brand Officer

Jisella Dolan, Chief Global Advocacy Officer
Jisella serves on multiple global and national boards and committees, including with the Global Coalition on Aging, World Economic Forum (WEF), RAISE Act Council, and Home Care Association of America. Jisella graduated from the University of Nebraska's College of Law and was a member of Order of the Coif, the Nebraska Law Review and Phi Beta Kappa.

Donn Raymond, Global Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Home Instead in 2019, Donn spent 13 years as CFO for an ecommerce company. He has also worked in public accounting and held senior positions for organizations in technology and retail. Donn is a Certified Public Accountant, and he has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Martin Jones, CEO, UK Division
As CEO of Home Instead Senior Care UK, Martin Jones is responsible for leading all areas of Home Instead’s UK operation. Martin’s passion for improving the quality of life for aging adults and their families grew out of his first-hand experience when his father became seriously ill and needed in-home care.
Martin lives his passion for caregiving not only through his position as leader of the UK Division but by holding various trustee positions and serving on numerous boards, including The Care Workers Charity, Age UK and Chair of The Silver Line and Home Instead’s dedicated charity Bring Joy Foundation.

Dave Banark, Chief Operating Officer, U.S. and Canada
Before joining Home Instead, Inc., Dave worked at Metro Medical Transportation in Omaha — an experience that taught him the challenges of operating a service business in a highly competitive environment.
