Care Pros employed by the Home Instead network must pass a comprehensive background check to become insured. They also strive to exhibit true compassion for older adults. Care Pros may then receive ongoing training that helps them perform at the highest levels.

A free care consultation drives the process, which evaluates the current situation and identifies the areas where support is wanted or needed. Before making a care recommendation, the Home Instead approach generally includes listening to the input of everyone involved in order to craft a well-rounded care plan that keeps your loved one at the center.
