"I am continually struck by the professionalism, high level of caring and exemplary caregivers that I have met from Home Instead. My mom couldn't live without them, and neither could I.
Michelle joined our office team in February of 2012. As our nurse, Michelle performs care consultations to evaluate potential clients' needs, performs initial assessments of personal care clients, trains our CAREGivers in personal care, and applies her nursing skills in regular visits with clients to ensure quality care. She acts as a valuable resource to clients and their families as they experience changes in health conditions over time. Michelle provides education to clients' families so they can best help their aging relatives when our CAREGivers are not present. She is very family-oriented, and when she's not in the office, you can most likely find her spending time with friends and family outdoors.

Nina joined Home Instead in January of 2011 as an experienced, certified PC CAREGiver. In May 2011, she became a full-time member of the Office Team. As Staffing Coordinator, Nina matches CAREGivers with Clients according to several factors: availability, job-skill level, compatibility, shared interests, and commute distance. Nina gets to know both clients and CAREGivers so she can provide them with support and stability . Having been a CAREGiver, Nina knows how to best help our CAREGivers and clients in various situations. She uses kindness in her interactions with both because she knows that a kind word can go a long way. Nina enjoys camping, fishing and reading in her spare time. Being the Staffing Coordinator is a very demanding job, so Nina doesn’t get to go out and visit Clients she previously cared for, although it is something she enjoys immensely.
