Anthony Crosen, President & CEO

Anthony Crosen, President & CEO

Anthony brings with him over eleven years of experience in the healthcare industry.  He comes to us from Blue Ridge Hospice (BRH), where he served as the Senior Director of Business Development.  During that time he helped Hospice grow from serving 100 patients to 250 patients a day.

With Home Instead Senior Care, Anthony's responsibilities will include community and physician outreach, facility visits, and growth of the Home Instead brand.   I believe my relationship with community leaders will help open doors to expand Home Instead Senior Care’s referral network to better meet the growing demands of home care in the area.

Michelle Carver - LPN

Michelle Carver - LPN

Michelle joined our office team in February of 2012. As our nurse, Michelle performs care consultations to evaluate potential clients' needs, performs initial assessments of personal care clients, trains our CAREGivers in personal care, and applies her nursing skills in regular visits with clients to ensure quality care. She acts as a valuable resource to clients and their families as they experience changes in health conditions over time. Michelle provides education to clients' families so they can best help their aging relatives when our CAREGivers are not present. She is very family-oriented, and when she's not in the office, you can most likely find her spending time with friends and family outdoors.

Lois Tasker - Administrative Assistant/PR/Invoicing

Lois Tasker - Administrative Assistant/PR/Invoicing

Lois joined the Martinsburg team in June 2010. She has lived all over the country and has held various caregiving and office positions. Lois came to us from the Home Instead Senior Care franchise in Florida where she was a CAREGiver for 3 years. She supports the staff in a wide array of administrative functions. She does invoicing, collections, and manages Santrax. Lois enjoys playing games, spending time with her family and making quilts. Most of all, Lois enjoys taking care of seniors.

Nina Eastham - Staffing Coordinator/Lead Scheduler

Nina Eastham - Staffing Coordinator/Lead Scheduler

Nina joined Home Instead in January of 2011 as an experienced, certified PC CAREGiver. In May 2011, she became a full-time member of the Office Team. As Staffing Coordinator, Nina matches CAREGivers with Clients according to several factors: availability, job-skill level, compatibility, shared interests, and commute distance. Nina gets to know both clients and CAREGivers so she can provide them with support and stability . Having been a CAREGiver, Nina knows how to best help our CAREGivers and clients in various situations. She uses kindness in her interactions with both because she knows that a kind word can go a long way. Nina enjoys camping, fishing and reading in her spare time. Being the Staffing Coordinator is a very demanding job, so Nina doesn’t get to go out and visit Clients she previously cared for, although it is something she enjoys immensely.
