Kim is a native of Howard County, growing up in Greentown and living in Kokomo since 1983. She is a graduate of Indiana University and attended graduate school at IUPUI. Her experience with issues related to senior citizens comes from her 7 years spent as Director of Leasing at North Woods Commons Assisted Living and Garden Home community. She started this locally owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise office in January 2009.
Emily is heavily involved in the daily operations of our office. She also recruits, hires, supervises, and provides ongoing engagement to
Emily was born and raised in Kokomo. She pursued a career with Home Instead because she loves the
opportunity to impact lives positively every day. She is passionate about
finding kind, compassionate, and empathetic people who have the heart and
talent needed to be a CAREGiver for our seniors.
She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family,
and helping with community outreach efforts.
Emily joined our Home Instead team in August of 2016.

Heather joined our Home Instead team in October of 2019, she answers questions and provides support to potential and current clients. While in college Heather worked with Home Instead and was actually one of the first CAREGivers for the Kokomo Office in 2009. Since then she graduated with a degree in Human Rescources from the IU Kelley School of Business. Heather brings seven years of experience in senior care to assist the Kokomo office team as their Home Care Consultant. She is passionate about the elderly and takes pride in helping families seek care for their loved ones. Heather enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband and three year old daughter.
