Rebecca is heavily involved in the daily operations of our office. She also manages the CAREGiver selection process, conducts new hire orientation and training, and does most of the scheduling.
Rebecca was born and raised in Kokomo. She graduated from Northwestern High School in 2008 and from Manchester College in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in psychology and minor in business. She started working as a CAREGiver in 2012, followed by a transition to the office in early 2013.
Emily started with Home Instead in August of 2016. She recruits, hires, supervises,
and provides ongoing engagement to our CAREGivers. Emily is passionate
about finding kind, compassionate, and empathetic people who have the heart and
talent needed to be a CAREGiver for our seniors.
Diana started with Home Instead in 2015 as a CAREGiver, moving into the office in 2017. She trains new CAREGivers, performs Quality Assurance checks with our clients, and care consultations for prospective clients and their families.
Diana started her career as a caregiver 30 years ago. She carries an active CNA license.
