Our amazing Care Pros are always free to stop by our office to visit and seek additional training and support.

Blair & Anthony established the Goodyear, AZ office of Home Instead in 2018 and Blair has over 26 years of experience in the Home Instead network, helping seniors age in place. What began with the heartfelt desire to serve the needs of our community's elderly adults evolved to be so much more. These local owners continue to be amazed at how much their services have impacted not only the lives of the senior clients, but those of the seniors' extended families.
We recognize how families often struggle to cope with the demands of a busy job, raising children, maintaining homes, and caring for aging parents. Family members often run out of hours in the day and the physical and emotional resources to cope. If Home Instead can fill some of these gaps and help restore balance, families can spend more time together and less time on crisis management and chores.

The Family Room is an online portal to make communication easier and keep you connected to your loved one’s care. Entrusting your loved one to professional caregivers can be intimidating and emotional. We understand and want you to feel connected and informed. Our Family Room portal makes that easier.
How the Family Room works
The Family Room serves as an online hub for everyone involved in the care of your loved one. Everyone with access to the portal can login and keep up with real-time notes made by caregivers. You can stay informed of your loved one’s care as it occurs. You get to decide who has access to the Family Room. Information available on Family Room:
- Invoices and payments
- Care Logs
- Client Schedule
- Messaging system – these messages are sent to the office staff.
