KeAvae was the intake nurse, Rodora and Tamara the care givers- kind and caring, they felt like family. At the end of mom’s life Rodora shared things mom had talked about. It touched my heart at the things that were shared.

Both were a great help in the house and taking me to doc appointments. I so enjoyed their company!! Lovely women!! I highly recommend both of them. Thank you!

I was at a loss as what to do and how to do it. I called Home Instead for their advice and right away they made me feel right at ease with their suggestions and willingness to work with me. Blair, Stefani, and Amanda got us up and running. Jackie B, Rolanda, Cindy, Cassandra, Daisy, Felicia, Gladys, Jackie C, Lauren, LIzDeth, Maryah, Miranda, and Reina have all been so caring, helpful and friendly. They have all become a part of our family. It's been great for my mother to have round the clock care and always someone to talk to. We've enjoyed getting know everyone and appreciate all they do. I am so glad that Home Instead was there when I needed them.

She was so kind to my mom. She helped my mom when we had to move her to skilled care. Mom was afraid of all the changes, but Karen talked quietly to her and assisted her to the activities. I would highly recommend Karen T. if you are looking for a caregiver with a caring heart.

She has such a way of engaging with my mom and talking with her. Roberta gets my mom up in the morning and helps her with a shower, makes her bed fixes breakfast , and if the weather isn’t too hot takes her for a walk. She will do her laundry and change the linens. Roberta has been a godsend (but that is for all the women as well!

We tried a couple of home care services and Home Instead has been the best for us. We have schedule changes now and again and Home Instead has acted promptly to accommodate our needs. The only difficult part is when a caregiver who has been with us for a long time has to leave because it feels like a friend, or family member, is moving out.
