Miranda - January 2023 Care Professional of the Month
Congratulations to our wonderful care Pro Miranda! Miranda started with Home Instead back in June of 2022, She has been such a great help to us, as she works a full-time job, and helps us with challenging clients whenever she can. She has helped with all types of care and always goes above and beyond with every client. We appreciate her hard work and dedication. You Rock Miranda!
Emily S. - 2022 Care Professional of the Year
Emily joined home instead in December 2020. She came after leaving a career in the library Care Professionals Companion Dec 2022 field when they shut down due to covid. Emily had little experience but a heart of gold; her giving spirit shined. Emily has helped with several different clients throughout her career with Home Instead and has been with a long-time client since January 2021. They connected almost immediately. Working through some personalities at the facility her client resides in. Her communication is great. She represents us very well in a community, not getting involved in that setting politics. Working at a facility can have its challenges. Emily stood by her client during COVID while the whole community was locked down and experiencing death. Some caregivers wouldn’t go back. She has only missed 1 day of work this whole year 1 day! She works her steady 40 hrs, picks up where she can, provides good feedback and suggestions. Emily once shared that it's not work when you enjoy what you're doing
Sarah E. - December 2022 Care Professional of the Month
Congratulations to our amazing Care pro Sarah! She has been with home instead for almost a whole year and has been with the same client since she’s started. She goes above and beyond with her client, especially when she was needed the most, really stepping up when her client had covid twice. Congratulations to our awesome care Pro Carol! She has been with Home Instead a little over a year, she was newer to caregiving, only having personal experience. She jumped right in helping fill in shifts and now to having a long-term client. Carol is truly a rock star! She is always reliable, always willing to lend a helping hand, whether that be staying late or coming in early to help her client. She has grown to become an awesome Caregiver!
Adele - September 2022 Care Professional of the Month
Adele started with Home Instead in March of this year, very part time, during her time with us she has seen multiple clients and always goes above and beyond, she is now with a steady client, and has turned her world around, she has her on a more beneficial routine. Adele has had such a positive impact on her client’s daily life. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful care pro on our team!

Tina - January 2022 Care Professional of the Month
Tina is someone who will always go above and beyond. Her passion for helping clients and their families is truly amazing. She’s has had some very end of life clients recently and has made this difficult time for families so much better with her kind heart, professionalism and ability to ease their mind. She works a full time job in addition to doing nights and weekends for us. Tina is always open to sharing her ideas and experiences to help families or caregivers job easier. She is always willing to take on more shifts when she can to help us and families in need.
Sophia - 2021 Care Professional of the Year
Sophia has been a shining star since she joined our Home Instead family in December 2020. She quickly won our Caregiver of the Month Award in March 2021 and now she's captured our 2021 Caregiver of the Year Award!

Sherri - December 2021 Care Professional of the Month
Sherri has been with us since 1/31/2019 - she came to us with experience already working for HISC for many years. Since she started, she has really gone out of her way to always make sure her client is cared for. The connection she has with her client and the difference she makes every day really is a true example of the amazing work we do. Sherri will help out anytime she can, she offers ideas and suggestions to help with his care by taking the lead, and always shares her heart.
Linda - November 2021 Care Professional of the Month
Linda is our November Caregiver of the month! Linda represents the office in all she does the year she has been with us and is dedicated to her clients making sure the best care is being provided. Linda provides that trust and peace of mind that all families are looking for. Thank you Linda for being amazing.
Mariana - October 2021 Care Professional of the Month
Mariana is our October Caregiver of the month! Mariana shows what it means to really live Home Instead since she has been with the office for 90 days. She goes above and beyond to serve her clients even going outside her availability to add extra shifts to accommodate her clients. Mariana always shares her special moments with her clients with the office and the family. We appreciate all the love and care she puts into her work.
KeAvae - September 2021 Care Professional of the Month
KeAvae has been with the Goodyear Home Instead since October of 2020 quickly working her way into all our hearts as well as her clients. She is regularly requested, always taking extra shifts for her clients on top of being a full-time nursing student.
Rachelle - August 2021 Care Professional of the Month
Rachelle has been a staple to The Goodyear Home Instead since November of 2020, immediately jumping in with extra help. Rachelle takes the lead with her clients by always doing what is best to keep them safe and happy. She is always reaching out to the office for more training when needed and always being reliable to the office and her clients.
Steffani - July 2021 Care Professional of the Month
Congratulations July Caregiver of the month Steffani. Always sharing her heart Steffani goes into her clients’ homes with a bright smile and welcoming demeanor, always making them feel comfortable. Steffani has been part of the Home Instead Family since August 2020, she builds trust by being reliable, on time and ready to assist with anything her clients need. She Takes the lead by finding ways to make her clients and their family’s days and nights less hectic, by being proactive in completing task, before being asked, as well as helping to keep the homes organized.

Anne - June 2021 Care Professional of the Month
Congratulations Anne, our June caregiver of the month. Anne has been a part of the Home Instead family since June 2020. Taking the lead Anne consistently goes above and beyond with her clients by finding ways to help overcome challenges that they may be facing and overall making them comfortable. She builds trust by letting them know they have choices and listens to their concerns. Anne shares her heart by treating her clients as if they were family, with compassion and respect.
"I love working for Home Instead. This is the first job I’ve had where I feel so fulfilled by the work I am doing. I never imagined caring for the most vulnerable would be so rewarding. The supporting staff is great and always helpful when there are questions. This has quickly become my favorite job and I’m very happy I took the leap into senior care!"
Alyxis - May 2021 Care Professional of the Month
Congratulations Caregiver of the month for May 2021, Alyxis! Alyxis has been a part of the home instead family since November 2020 and has been an essential asset to have on our team. She picks up whatever shifts are offered to her- and she does so enthusiastically. She has seen several different clients at all levels of care and has shined at each one! Alyxis builds trust with our clients the moment she steps into a client’s home. Her cheerful, charismatic presence instantly instills calm into the environment, for both the client and their families. She shares her heart by connecting with her clients and understanding their true needs, while looking past the caregiver stress of the family, always from a place of love and kindness.
Alyxis is currently in community college in the process of trying to get into the nursing program. She would love to follow in her mother’s footsteps and become a nurse and work in Hospice. She loves animals and learning to do new things.

Caroline - April 2021 Care Professional of the Month
Congratulations Caregiver of the month for April 2021, Caroline! Caroline has been part of the Home Instead family since Nov. 2018 and has made a huge impact in the lives of every client she has cared for. Caroline is an amazing caregiver she is very dependable, patient, compassionate, always willing to jump in and help cover a shift. No call offs for a year! We appreciate her communication, thoroughness, and professionalism. In addition to working a full-time job she works nights. Wow!!
In her free time Caroline enjoys reading romance novels; traveling; sports and cooking. And she especially enjoys spending time with her two sons playing board games and watching movies.

Sophia - March 2021 Care Professional of the Month
Sophia has been a shining star since she joined our Home Instead family in December 2020. She is always willing to work with any client that may need help and shares her heart by treating them as though they were her family not just another client. She looks to find ways to connect and find enjoyable activities that make her clients feel important and loved. Sophia continues to go above and beyond by filling in on several shifts for other caregivers if they are sick or on vacation and never complains about having to do so.
Sophia loves to keep busy not only at work but also at home with organizing and spending time with her family. In some of her spare time she enjoys watching tv, journaling; writing down what is on her heart, she also enjoys quiet time with meditation scriptures.

Mitzi - January 2021 Care Professional of the Month
Mitzi is receiving Caregiver of the Month because, she continues to go above and beyond with helping to pick up short notice shifts. Mitzi has been a caregiver with us since Sept. 2018 and continues to share her heart with her clients, as they know she is there to help in any way that she can. With her time here she has seen several different clients and has gained a lot of different experiences. Mitzi is an Arizona native; she has 2 dogs Jade and Sky; whom she absolutely loves. When Mitzi is not busy being a caregiver, she likes to spend her time with family and doing crafts.
Mitzi: " Something I like about Home Instead, is the independence, trust, and support that our office staff gives us while working, we are stronger as a team working together!"
Dulce - December 2020 Care Professional of the Month
Dulce has gone above and beyond. She covered three shifts with very short notice in one weekend, she is willing to jump right in and help with all clients. She always has a positive , cheerful attitude that her clients enjoy! Dulce has been with us since September 2020. She came to Home Instead, with the need to give back and bring joy to others. Dulce has always enjoyed helping family. The thing that Dulce enjoys most about caregiving is helping to keep clients in their homes and maintain their independence. Some of her hobbies are reading, watching old movies and musicals. She also loves spending time with her nephews and nieces.
Mona - November 2020 Care Professional of the Month
Our Caregiver of the month is Mona. She was born in Nevada and when her parents divorced, she spent time in Nevada and Alaska. She is married and has one son and 3 grandchildren. Her and her husband Darryl lived in Fairbanks, AK up until 3 years ago. She worked as a sous chef at Westmark and as a baker at Safeway in Alaska. They moved to Arizona as “snowbirds” but ended up staying here.
Mona came to work for Home Instead in January of 2020. What makes her a great caregiver? She has a such a big heart and loves taking care of people. She took care of her late father, who had dementia, and her husband who has leukemia. Mona took caregiving classes at Virginia Piper that were specifically tailored to caring for someone with Leukemia. These classes helped her care for her husband, who is now in remission. Mona has several clients who truly appreciate her caregiving talents. Thank you again Mona for being part of our Home Instead team. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Marlaina - October 2020 Care Professional of the Month
Marlaina, became a part of our team February 13, 2020 and has really been an outstanding caregiver. She has worked with several clients and their families during her time with us. She willingly picks up extra shifts and always has a smile on face. She has been married 16 years and has two children . In her spare time, she enjoys taking all her toys out to the mountains and go for rides. She became a caregiver because she loves caring to others. It touches her heart. Marlaina is also owner of her own pastry business called “Sweeter than you”. Thank you Marlaina and congratulations on being Caregiver of the Month”.
Bonnie L. - September 2020 Care Professional of the Month
Bonnie exceeds in the level of care she gives, always giving her best and going above and beyond. After working all week, she goes to work on the weekends never missing a beat. Bonnie keeps us informed, helps where she can, and always makes sure she brings a smile. She recently used 1st aide experience to help a client who was chocking. She stayed calm and responded in a way that we all hope we do not have to experience; we are so grateful she did to save her clients life. We can not express enough how much Bonnie has continued to contribute to her client’s quality of care and her ability to excel. She takes the lead and finds ways to help her client be more independent. She shares her heart each, and every day with kindness. Thank you, Bonnie, for all you do!
Krystina B. - August 2020 Care Professional of the Month
Krystina has been with our agency since April of 2020 and has served a variety of clients. She is always willing to jump right in and help any way she can. Krystina makes our office procedures run more smoothly by answering her messages in a very timely manner, accepting short notice shifts, and clocking in and out independently. She is dependable, responsible, and appreciated by her clients, who enjoy her warm and bubbly personality. Krystina interacts with our office staff in a very pleasant manner making our days more enjoyable.
Jeri C. - May 2020 Care Professional of the Month
Jeri C - She has shared her heart with her client by easing their mind often especially when things get overwhelming, taking the time to provide reassurance, providing extra communication, suggestions / follow up for the office, and their daughter. Jeri has taken the lead many times by offering to stay late, come in early and even rushing over one weekend to help in an urgent situation. She is always ready and willing to help! Jeri builds trust with her client by always being dependable, on time, ready with a smile, and a loving hug. She brings ideas and activities, finds ways to connect with her client who has advanced dementia, and works to make things easier for her and her husband. It isnt always the easiest job, but definitely the most rewarding. This client always takes the time to tell us how much he appreciates her and what she does for them. He even thinks of her as family. He often says he doesn't know what he would do without her. The daughter is constantly thanking us for sending such a great match for her parents and often asks for her suggestions on things to do with them. Jeri has been with us now for 6 months and has been making a shining example of the wonderful care we can give and the huge difference we can make. Thank you JERI!
Rochelle G. - March 2020 Care Professional of the Month
Rochelle G. Congratulations. We wanted to put the spotlight on Rochelle this month. Rochelle has been such a blessing here to our home instead family since she started in September of 2019. Her experience and dedication have been a shining example of the quality of caregivers we strive to attract and retain. She has been working hard with her client making sure she gets everything she needs. And pays attention to the littlest of details that makes such a difference. Rochelle takes the lead by finding ways to go the extra mile, she shares her heart by offering to help whenever she can whether it’s with a new caregiver, a schedule change, or an added shift. Rochelle is sure to communicate with us whenever we need an update and is quick to respond when there is something needed.
Daisy J. - February 2020 Care Professional of the Month
Congratulations Daisy has been growing here with Home Instead since June 2019. She has really Shined! Daisy always brings an energy that is contagious. She shares her heart by bringing a huge smile each day. Daisy immediately puts her client’s minds at ease by listening, acting, and finding ways to go above and beyond. For example, she has been known to bring her waffle maker to make a special breakfast for her clients. Daisy has challenged herself by taking clients on who require hirer care needs and has exceeded! Karen M. - December 2019 Care Professional of the Month
Thank you Karen M. for all you do. The client feedback has been amazing. Your dedication and care have been extraordinary! Karen wanted to start part time with us but continues to pick up more hours, her ability to quickly step into any situation and overcome resistance has been helpful in a variety of situations.
