Blair Sapeta, Owner

Anthony Sapeta, Owner
Anthony is originally from Northern California where he was a district manager for a well-known distribution company located in Sacramento. Working for this company allowed him to learn the entire region and how to operate a team from every level. This is where he gained the most experience managing and developing successful sales individuals who exceeded their goals personally and professionally.
Anthony is outgoing, focused on excellent customer service, honest, and caring. He has had the ability to watch his wife Blair provide amazing service to seniors and their families throughout their community for the past 15 years with Home Instead Senior Care. Anthony’s desire to help others came naturally, he grew up watching his Mother being the primary care provider for his grandparents and great grandparents. She worked hard to make sure they were able to stay in their own homes. After watching his Mother battle cancer and seeing the need for care with his uncle with Parkinson’s, the passion and dedication from Blair’s resources truly at work, he realized it was time to give back. After pursuing his interest in helping seniors, an opportunity in Goodyear, AZ with Home Instead Senior Care became available. Anthony and Blair packed up the family and moved to Goodyear, AZ now closer to family and friends. Anthony is dedicated to helping Seniors and their families throughout the Southwest Valley. He enjoys sports and watching his kids grow into amazing individuals.

Melissa S., Office & Scheduling Coordinator
Melissa grew up between Kansas and Wyoming, where she started her caregiving career. She's always had a soft spot for the elderly, Melissa remembers helping her grandparents out when she was younger. Her desire to help seniors led her to grow her knowledge and experience eventually becoming a CNA / HHA where she gained a variety of skills working between long term care facilities, and hospitals. Melissa also had the opportunity to work as a rehabilitation -restorative aide, working alongside physical and occupational therapists. This experience has given Melissa the ability to share a vast variety of resources, skills, and talents to help our caregivers.
In 2011, Melissa started employment with a Home Health and Hospice agency in Kansas. This is where she really found her heart and gained a ton of enjoyment working with the elderly. She saw firsthand the importance helping to keep her patients at home. Melissa also had the privilege of helping both of her grandmothers through their end of life journey. Having the opportunity to make a difference with so many families including her own, Melissa is truly passionate about helping caregivers do the same. She wants to help our team achieve their passion to serve and make a difference, allowing them to see as she did firsthand the importance and power our care has on their quality of life.
Melissa moved with her husband and children to Buckeye in August 2018, shortly after she found Home Instead and has been hooked ever since. She joined our team at Home Instead Senior Care Goodyear in January 2019 as a caregiver and evolved to the training coordinator in October 2019. We are so grateful to have her experience and knowledge to help develop our caregiver team. Melissa is responsible for making sure our Caregiver's have the tools they need to be successful in any care situation. She does our initial and ongoing training as well as support and management of our new and existing team. It is her goal help recruit and retain the best caregiver's possible.
Fun info about Melissa she enjoys reading, loud music, loves art, drawing, bright colors and all-round try’s to always stay positive and look for the good in all situations.
Melissa is thankful to be able to take the skills and different experiences she has gained over the years and now share them with other caregivers to help make a difference caring for seniors.

Steffani R., Client Care Coordinator
I have been a CG with Home Instead for 2 years and am so excited to be a part of the office team! In one way or another I have been in the care field my whole life whether it be caregiving, dental assisting, or teaching preschool, I just loving helping people. My favorite color is green, I love the rain and hate the smell of lavender. In my off hours you can usually find me at a park with my husband and 3-year-old monster of a son. I'm originally from WA state but am a firm believer that AZ sunsets are superior.
