About Our Team
The Goodyear, AZ office of Home Instead Senior Care is managed by a team of caring individuals and has been providing caring and compassionate services for seniors in the area since 2018.
“We are passionate about meeting the needs of the seniors in our community”. “It’s not just about providing services, it’s about building long term relationships”.
“We are also involved in our community, as we participate in many events. As a member of the Home Instead family, I take much pride in providing additional help where needed for other organizations such as the Southwest Lending Closet and Meals of Joy”, explains Blair. “Our newest initiative is a free program that provides education seminars for family members that are struggling with the care of loved ones afflicted with Alzheimer’s.”
“The Goodyear office also has its own community service initiatives including the annual “Be a Santa to a Senior” event, in which many deserving seniors are provided gifts where, in some cases there are no family members to share the holiday season with.
When it comes to providing the best quality home care services for seniors, Blair, Anthony, and the Home Instead family are committed to thoroughly training their caring, compassionate and professional CAREGivers. Building great relationships with our CAREGivers is just as important as the relationships we build with our clients.
Prospective CAREGivers are carefully chosen for their character and skills to insure the best quality care. The applicants undergo reference checks, a criminal background check and a driver’s abstract. Home Instead Senior Care is a full employment agency and is responsible for withholding and paying employment deductions as well as Worker’s Compensation insurance. The on-going training for CAREGivers helps them develop personally and professionally. The training ranges from “Basic, Advanced and Safety” CAREGiver training all the way up to “Alzheimer's and Dementia Care” training as well as a very comprehensive training program for providing palliative care.
Blair, Anthony, and the Home Instead Staff welcome your calls and questions. They would be happy to visit with you at your convenience regarding your family’s needs. Simply call the office at (623) 777-3637 to set up a free, no-obligation Care Consultation.
