A pet's unconditional love brings great joy and comfort to our lives. Behind the scenes, organizations work hard to provide shelter, care, and medical attention to animals waiting to find their own forever homes. Home Instead spotted an upcoming event that gives us the chance to give back.
Artful Hearts: A Gallery of Giving is taking place on Friday, July 24th from 6:30 to 9:30pm at the Syd Blackmarr Arts Center, 255 Love Ave. This animal-themed art exhibit and fundraiser directly benefits Tift Animal Rescue, Inc. Throughout the evening, you can browse a gallery of original, animal-inspired artwork by local and regional artists, with pieces available for purchase. The event features live entertainment, hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, a silent auction, and custom pet portraits sketched on-site.
Admission is $25 per person, and all proceeds go directly toward supporting the care and rehoming of local shelter animals. Purchase your tickets in advance on the Tifton Council for the Arts Event Page.
