I am Franchise Owner, Maggie Lea. I am delighted that you are taking an active role in you or your loved ones well being by reviewing the various resources that we provide as a service to you. In addition, I am thrilled to share with you information about our outstanding organization.

The staff and I possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in our area. It's the reason why we have chosen to serve seniors and their families.

I opened the Mt. Juliet office in August of 2009 and quickly established a reputation for hiring great CAREGivers and have therefore become a trusted source of companionship and homecare for Hermitage, Old Hickory, Wilson, DeKalb and Smith County seniors.

Jenni B. BSN, RN --Office Manager

Jenni graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2003 with her ​Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has worked in many different areas, but has found a true passion for the elderly and children. What Jenni came to realize and appreciate is how much the two are alike. Both being so vulnerable and yet wanting their independence at the same time. To be able to understand and respect that is something that has taken time to learn. Home Instead Senior Care is a company that she feels strives to continue to instill that quality in their clients. There is a true sense of caring and going that extra mile to make sure each and every senior knows that this company want to be there for them each step of the way. Jenni started with us as Geriatric Health and Safety Educator but felt she could do more. She then moved to Recruitment and Retention Coordinator for our Mt. Juliet and Lebanon locations. 

However, when the Client Care Director position came open Jenni jumped at the chance to get back in the field and she was a natural pick for us. Her nursing background and her love of our CAREGivers make it a PERFECT  ​marriage between the two. We love having Jenni on our team.

Katlyn has been a Key Player since June 2014.


Katlyn was unsure where her career was going until she started as an intern with Home Instead Senior Care through Tennessee Tech University in 2014. She realized quickly that this was the career path that she wanted to pursue. So after graduating college in 2015 from Tennessee Tech University with her bachelor’s degree in social work, she became our Client Care Coordinator. Katlyn has held several positions with Home Instead and is currently the Director of scheduling and Client Care.  She is very passionate about providing Care and ensuring clients are matched correctly with the right CAREGivers.

Lora has been a Key Player since Spring of 2014

Lora is originally from Otter Lake, MI, but is currently living in Brush Creek. She moved to TN in 2008 to get away from the cold and snow. Lora has three degrees, the most current degree is her MBA with a Concentration in Healthcare Administration. She has worked with Home Instead Senior Care since 2014 and was promoted to the Scheduling Coordinator in 2015. Lora chose this career so she can make a difference in this world. She believes taking care of one another should be the most important thing you can give back.

Jorlesha D. - Scheduling Coordinator

Jorlesha D. - Scheduling Coordinator

Jorlesha Joined the Home Instead team earlier this year and has proven herself as an outstanding scheduler!  She attended Tennessee Tech University and majored in education.  After college she decided that education was not the right carrier path for her and worked in management for seven years.  Ultimately, she would like to go back to school to become a nurse one day.  She loves that she is able to enhance the lives of our clients by ensuring they have the perfect CAREGiver.  We are very happy to have Jorlesha and her wonderful personality brightens our office each day.

Bill N.--Home Care Consultant / CAREGiver Mentoring Director

Bill has been a Key Player since May of 2017​​​.​

Bill is originally from Middle Tennessee and is a graduate of Mt. Juliet high School.  Upon graduating from high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps where he served proudly before being honorably discharged as an E-5 Sergeant.  Most his time in the Marines was spent in the reserves while also attending college at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.  While at UT he was the captain of the VOLS cheerleading team and graduated with a BS. in communications.  Bill has owned several successful small businesses and has an extensive background in all fascists of business development.  He has spent the past eight years in health care sales before joining the Home Instead team.  His wife Lacey is a pediatric ER nurse at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital and they have a daughter (Taylor) age six and a son (Cash) age four.

Dwan P. has been a Key Player since 2016. 

​Dwan started at Home Instead Senior Care as CAREGiver in 2016 and moved up to Office Coordinator position and is now the Recruitment and Retention Director.   Originally from Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Dwan and her children Kaydence, Miley and Braylen moved to Middle Tennessee in 2015 to make home with her now husband John. Dwan has spent the last 7 years in Senior care in various roles. When you call the Home Instead Senior Care office she is most likely the first voice that you will hear, and one of the first faces that you will see if you come by the office. Her “can do “attitude is just one of the many reasons that makes her a great key player in the office.


Rhiana P. - Training Coordinator

Rhiana is originally form Miami, but has made Tennessee her home for over 18 years now. She studied psychology at Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tn  for a short while until she realized she wanted a career change. She is a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and that is where her career at Home Instead Senior Care came about. In December of 2017, she became a CAREGiver and within a year her team saw enough potential in her that she got the position to be Home Instead's newest Training Coordinator. Rhiana loves her job because she gets to have that first initial interaction with the CAREGivers and ensures they get the best training to make them all successful CAREGivers. She is very blessed to be able to have the opportunity to get to work with the elderly community; and help people provide the best quality care to our seniors. Outside of work, Rhiana loves to cozy up on the couch with her two feline fur balls while watching a good movie.

​Jaclyn has been a Key Player since 2016

Jaclyn was raised in Nashville, Tennessee and has always had a caring heart. She became a caregiver in 2014 and found something she was truly passionate about.  In 2016,  she feels she was blessed with the opportunity to become an Ambassador in the office, as well as continuing being a CAREGiver. When Jaclyn is not working, she is busy in school to become an Early Childhood Education teacher. Jaclyn is truly a people person and her heart is dedicated to bettering the lives of others around her, whether it be in a classroom, an office, or a home of a client.

Paris is a native to Wilson County began working at Home Instead Senior Care in Lebanon, TN in 2018 as a Client Care Coordinator. She earned her B.A. in Family Studies from Union University. Currently, she enjoys helping facilitate client care as a Client Care Coordinator. Paris loves working directly with clients, to make sure their needs are being met. Clients and caregivers alike sense the compassion that flows from Paris. She developed a love and passion for seniors early in life and believes they should be highly valued and treated with the utmost respect and care. Outside of work, Paris loves all things outdoors and values spending time with her family and friends. 


Ricoya A -- Lead CAREGiver & Mentor

Ricoya A -- Lead CAREGiver & Mentor

​Ricoya has been a Key Player since April 2016.

Is orginally from Nashville,Tenneessee. When her parents Tojuana Shanti America and Richard Jason America III passed away when she was three; her grandparents stepped in and raised her. At the time she didn't know but setting the foundation for the love of seniors. She was raised in Augusta, GA but then  moved to Mount Juliet in May of 2008. She has worked at TJ Maxx from 2008-2013 and then she moved away and transferred to a HomeGoods in Huntsville, AL where she attended Calhoun Community Collage fall 2013 spring 2014 to pursue my Nursing degree. 

Ricoya, moved back to Mount Juliet,TN December of 2015 to join our team as a Key player. She is also the mother of a beautiful toddler named Fallynn Shanti America. We are very lucky to have her.

​Maggie came to Home Instead Senior Care in April 2018 as office coordinator. Born and raised in Cleveland, OH she has called Nashville home for the past 20 years. Maggie brings 9 years of senior care experience to the Home Instead family after serving the senior population of Lebanon through Meals On Wheels. She resides in Gallatin and enjoys cooking and spending time with her son during her free time.


Ruchala B.-- Community Intergrated Specialist

​Ruchala B. has been a Key Player since 2012

Ruchala is originally for Omaha, NE but is currently living with her beautiful family in Nashville, TN. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in social work. Before joining the Home Instead team in June 2012, she worked as a youth and family advocate at a crisis shelter for teens. She is very excited to have the opportunity to work with seniors, their families, and CAREgivers in the area through Home Instead. Ruchala works to ensure Home Instead’s  partners in the community and NEW clients are receiving the best possible in-home care. She will communicate effectively and work cooperatively with your family while having a respect and understanding of other clinical disciplines. Ruchala understands how to use an integrated approach to create a care plan just right for your love one. 


Caleb Bone, Aflac Sales Assoicate

Caleb Bone, Aflac Sales Assoicate

Caleb is the office's Aflac agent. He moved to the Nashville area is 2010 to finish his degree in Music Business at Belmont University. He has been with Aflac since September of 2013, and enjoys helping employees navigate the ever-changing insurance marketplace and providing peace of mind by helping them protect their financial future. Caleb is available and meets with our employees on Thursday and Friday of each week. He currently has an office in our Lebanon location to better serve our employees.
