The caregivers that came out to the house were all friendly and on time. We were not always able to get the same caregiver all the time. If there was going to be a different caregiver they came out to the house and introduced them. They helped my friend with some personnel needs, light housework ,

Though my loved one caused some distress with the staff, they were excellent at doing what they could to cater to my loved one's needs and requests. Overall, they did a pretty good job, given the circumstances!
Home Instead did a good job and they did what they said they were going to do. I had to stop services because I only needed help an hour a day and the minimum of four hours a day was becoming too expensive. I would recommend them.

Katlyn has been a Key Player since June 2014.
Katlyn was unsure where her career was going until she started as an intern with Home Instead Senior Care through Tennessee Tech University in 2014. She realized quickly that this was the career path that she wanted to pursue. So after graduating college in 2015 from Tennessee Tech University with her bachelor’s degree in social work, she became our Client Care Coordinator. Katlyn has held several positions with Home Instead and is currently the Director of scheduling and Client Care. She is very passionate about providing Care and ensuring clients are matched correctly with the right CAREGivers.
Jorlesha Joined the Home Instead team earlier this
year and has proven herself as an outstanding scheduler! She attended
Tennessee Tech University and majored in education. After college she
decided that education was not the right carrier path for her and worked in management
for seven years. Ultimately, she would like to go back to school to
become a nurse one day. She loves that she is able to enhance the lives
of our clients by ensuring they have the perfect CAREGiver. We are very
happy to have Jorlesha and her wonderful personality brightens our office each
Bill has been a Key Player since May of 2017.
Bill is originally from Middle Tennessee and is a graduate of Mt. Juliet high School. Upon graduating from high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps where he served proudly before being honorably discharged as an E-5 Sergeant. Most his time in the Marines was spent in the reserves while also attending college at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. While at UT he was the captain of the VOLS cheerleading team and graduated with a BS. in communications. Bill has owned several successful small businesses and has an extensive background in all fascists of business development. He has spent the past eight years in health care sales before joining the Home Instead team. His wife Lacey is a pediatric ER nurse at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital and they have a daughter (Taylor) age six and a son (Cash) age four.

Rhiana is originally form Miami, but has made Tennessee her home for over 18 years now. She studied psychology at Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tn for a short while until she realized she wanted a career change. She is a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and that is where her career at Home Instead Senior Care came about. In December of 2017, she became a CAREGiver and within a year her team saw enough potential in her that she got the position to be Home Instead's newest Training Coordinator. Rhiana loves her job because she gets to have that first initial interaction with the CAREGivers and ensures they get the best training to make them all successful CAREGivers. She is very blessed to be able to have the opportunity to get to work with the elderly community; and help people provide the best quality care to our seniors. Outside of work, Rhiana loves to cozy up on the couch with her two feline fur balls while watching a good movie.
Jaclyn has been a Key Player since 2016
Jaclyn was raised in Nashville,
Tennessee and has always had a caring
heart. She became a caregiver in 2014 and
found something she was truly passionate
about. In 2016, she feels she was
blessed with the opportunity to become an Ambassador in the office, as well as
continuing being a CAREGiver. When Jaclyn is
not working, she is busy in school to become
an Early Childhood Education teacher. Jaclyn is truly
a people person and her heart is dedicated to
bettering the lives of others around her,
whether it be in a classroom, an office, or a home of a client.
Ricoya has been a Key Player since April 2016.
Maggie came to Home Instead Senior Care in April 2018 as office coordinator. Born and raised in Cleveland, OH she has called Nashville home for the past 20 years. Maggie brings 9 years of senior care experience to the Home Instead family after serving the senior population of Lebanon through Meals On Wheels. She resides in Gallatin and enjoys cooking and spending time with her son during her free time.
Ruchala B. has been a Key Player since 2012
Ruchala is originally for Omaha, NE but is currently living with her beautiful family in Nashville, TN. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in social work. Before joining the Home Instead team in June 2012, she worked as a youth and family advocate at a crisis shelter for teens. She is very excited to have the opportunity to work with seniors, their families, and CAREgivers in the area through Home Instead. Ruchala works to ensure Home Instead’s partners in the community and NEW clients are receiving the best possible in-home care. She will communicate effectively and work cooperatively with your family while having a respect and understanding of other clinical disciplines. Ruchala understands how to use an integrated approach to create a care plan just right for your love one.
Caleb is the office's Aflac agent. He moved to the Nashville area is 2010 to finish his degree in Music Business at Belmont University. He has been with Aflac since September of 2013, and enjoys helping employees navigate the ever-changing insurance marketplace and providing peace of mind by helping them protect their financial future. Caleb is available and meets with our employees on Thursday and Friday of each week. He currently has an office in our Lebanon location to better serve our employees.
