Jorliesha does an excellent job . She goes out of her way to satisfy clients as well as caregivers. I have been with home instead 4 yrs. I love my job. The office staff are really helpful when needed. They are really flexible and do their best to fulfill your needs when necessary. I wished I would of had the pleasure of working for them along time ago. Very good place to work !! Highly recommend

They have always been fair and understanding with me when different things have popped up along the way in my nine years with Home Instead. I have realized with Home Instead that these elderly people are in much need. Without Home Instead the clients would not get the care and attention they need. Families grow tired and weary.

My oldest daughter was in a terrible car accident, and Rebecca came, and picked me up, at my patient's house, and took me to the hospital, and made sure, that I was calmed down, because I was completely frantic, and got me to the hospital, so that I could be there for my daughter! That's something that I can never thank Rebecca enough for, I'll never forget her, for doing that for me!

The reason I love working for Home instead is because I'm making a difference in some ones life. I so appreciate putting a smile on a seniors face. Knowing that I'm there to help my client make it through the day with just little things that they use to be able to do. Also seeing how much they appreciate me helping.

My love for taking care of Seniors is a very deep love for them, because they have spent there whole life nurturing there children and grandchildren, and lots of times are forgotten, so for me to brighten there day by baking goodies, or talking to them is my joy in life. I take care of little ones on our special needs bus, and leave from there and take care of my older babies is my joy. Everyone has been so supportive to me with my different hours on my bus is so comforting that my back is covered until I can get there. I'm so " thankful" to you for caring for me.

I like working for home instead because taking care of old people is a way to show respect and gratitude for all that they have done for us. Many of them have raised families, contributed to their communities, and worked hard to build a better world. By taking care of them in their old age, we are returning the favor and showing our appreciation for all that they have done. Finally, taking care of old people is simply the right thing to do. They are our elders and deserve to be treated with love, kindness, and respect.

I've been working at Home Instead for over 2yrs. It's a great place to work! They work with you with your schedule and are caring and compassionate treat you like family! When I've had family emergencies they were their for me and my family! I'm happy I chose to work for them and they chose me to be a part of their team!!
I have been with Home Instead for 2 years. I really have found a great company. I have been treated properly and feel as if the Office Staff is like a 2nd Family. I enjoy my work. I hope to work here for a long time.

Our office staffs always wearing their beautiful smiles, friendly and very approachable people. I have been working for Home Instead for about 2 years, both as a caregiver and in the office. The management is supportive and encouraging, and accommodating whenever possible; willing to work through any issues or conflicts. I feel that my work is appreciated and valued, and that I am accepted as a person and not just as an employee.
I'm currently working for Home Instead and absolutely love it. My clients are so grateful for any and all assistance they receive. I am so blessed to be able to be a small part of their continued independence. It's been extremely fulfilling.
Great Place to work, once getting in the system, keep accepting shifts so you can stay upwardly mobile with increasing income. They gladly provide you with all the available shifts you are comfortable with. With the experience levels required to get started, the pay is good. They communicate with the caregivers and clients well, and stay in touch on a regular basis. Help is only a phone call away.
Home Instead has been outstanding! The generous support from office staff, such as Jorlesha and Rhiana, has been phenomenal. They and my coworkers and patients are the best people I have ever met.

"I absolutely love working for Home Instead Senior Care it's more of my second family not just a place of employment. Everyone goes out of their way to help you succeed!! I remember when I was having car issues and they offered to come pick me up and I live almost 40mins away!!! Now that's a great place to work! I love that everyone treats our clients just as if they where their own family members needing assistance. My parents have both had caregivers from other companies they did not treat them very well so it's very personal to me as well as to my coworkers that's my favorite thing about working here its personal its not just a job."
