I am Owner, Maggie Lea. I am delighted that you are taking an active role in you or your loved ones well being by reviewing the various resources that we provide as a service to you. In addition, I am thrilled to share with you information about our outstanding organization.

The staff and I possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in our area. It's the reason why we have chosen to serve seniors and their families.

I opened the Mt. Juliet office in August of 2009 and Lebanon a few years later. We quickly established a reputation for hiring great CAREGivers and have therefore become a trusted source of companionship and homecare for Hermitage, Old Hickory, Wilson, DeKalb and Smith County seniors.

Jorlesha has been a Key Player since 2018.

Jorlesha currently attends American Public University majoring in Criminal Justice. She has worked in management for seven years before coming to Home Instead. Ultimately, she would like to work with troubled youth. She loves that she can enhance the lives of our clients by ensuring they have the perfect CAREGiver. During her spare time, she enjoys crafting. We are very happy to have Jorlesha and her wonderful personality brightens our office each day.

Tameka has been a Key Player since 2022.

Tameka lives in Murfreesboro for the past 6 years. And for the past 23 years has worked in all aspect’s healthcare, but thinks her true calling is working with the elderly population. She truly enjoys working with our veterans. Tameka has a passion for helping those who needs a little extra help. In her spare time, she loves to shop and travel with her family. Tameka’s long-term goal is to one day manage or possibly own my own healthcare company.

Deanna is originally from a little town in west Tennessee named Trenton. Deanna has  lived in Murfreesboro for the past 6 ½ years. Over the last 13 years, she has worked in healthcare. Deanna has enjoyed working with veterans, long and short-term patients, end-of-life, and rehab.  She truly enjoys helping others. In her spare time, I love doing things with my children and traveling.

Rebecca is a Lebanon native and a mom to 2 boys. Rebecca started in Cosmetology so that she could help people feel good about themselves. Before coming to Home Instead,  rebecca took care of her uncle when he became terminal with colon cancer. In addition to caring for her nanny when she could no longer take care of herself. I applied to Home Instead after my Nanny told me I had missed my “true callin” in helping others while sharing my heart. Rebecca has been with Home Instead for the past 4 years. Her goal is to help our CarePro’s learn to share their heart while helping your love ones live safely at home for as long as possible.

Meagan (May) moved to Tennessee this past year with her fiancé from the West coast of Florida. For the past 7 years she has obtained experience with both Adult and Childcare through Ministry services. Meagan’s compassionate character benefits her passion to help others in any stage of their life, striving towards the goal of making them feel valued and connected. Her hobbies include water sports, hiking, relaxing to a good book, and continuing to work on her novel.
