Gianna has always had a passion for helping people. Part of this passion stemmed from caring for her father during his two-year battle with a rare form of pancreatic cancer. Gianna's father passed away in April of 2000 but the caregiving experience left an indelible impression on Gianna's heart. It was during this time that she felt her bond with her father strengthen and truly learned what the gift of caregiving provides. Gianna stresses outstanding customer service, having the industry's best training and not having a CAREGiver do anything that she would not do herself. Gianna is the past President and current board member of the Texas HCAOA (Home Care Association of America) and is the former Secretary of ESP (Elder Service Providers of Denton County). Gianna is also a Certified Senior Advisor. Gianna and her husband Phil, a Navy Wartime Veteran and local Sign Company owner, have three children: Zachary, Ethan, and Caroline. Phil and Gianna count themselves as blessed to have a child with special needs.
Mary is passionate about providing quality in home care to our Home Instead Senior Care clients. Mary has over 19 ears of professional experience working as a registered nurse and over 8 years of experience working in our local office. Mary interviews, hires and trains our CAREGivers in our fully equipped training room with robust video and hands on training. Mary has the unique position of being able to delegate select tasks to CAREGivers that require RN delegation. Mary is also our instructor for our award-winning Alzheimer's and Other Dementia training program. Mary is a true gem and Client and CAREGiver favorite due to her calm demeanor, expert advice and positive attitude. Mary takes weekly prayer requests for all client and CAREGiver needs. Mary has been a family caregiver to both of her parents and father in law. When not at work, Mary is very active in her local church, helps care for her ailing brother and enjoys watching her oldest son coach students in baseball. .
Rachel plays an integral role in her clients' lives by utilizing her years of experience from working with Home Instead Senior Care. Rachel is a past Home Instead Intake Specialist, Home Care Consultant and is now a Client Care Manager. Rachel enjoys playing a pivotal role in helping to change the face of gaining by maintain a high level of client satisfaction. She believes in working hard to deliver the highest level of customer service. Rachel is up to the challenge to ensure that all Home Instead Senior Care families are delighted with their CAREGivers and come to develop loving relationships. Rachel has a true heart of a CAREGiver having cared for various family members. Rachel shares on call responsibilities with Robin. Rachel can be found out and about in our community representing us at Health Fairs, speaking on Senior Related topics and performing our Quality Assurance visits. Rachel finds her peace at home with her family or at church.
From the time that Robin was a little girl, she had a passion for the healthcare industry. Robin started this journey at 16 by obtaining her C.N.A. license and 7 years later became an L.V.N. in the State of Louisiana. With over 15 years of experience as a nurse, Robin worked for our office initially as a CAREGiver. Robin quickly became one of our most sought-after CAREGivers. Recognizing Robin's fantastic rapport with both Clients and CAREGivers, Robin transition into our Staff Coordinator. Robin is passionate about ensuring that all clients' needs are well matched with one of our highly trained CAREGivers. Matching clients with the best suitable CAREGiver can be a complicated puzzle but Robin is well equipped for the challenge. Robin shares on call responsibilities with Rachel to ensure that you always receive a live staff member whenever an emergency arises. Robin enjoys spending time with her family, going to church, praying for both Clients and CAREGivers and eating Mexican food.
Kimberley has had a passion for Seniors as long as she can remember. Kimberley has worked in Corporate America for over 20 years but felt a tug at her heart to work with Seniors. Kimberley first started at Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver and later moved into the office. Kimberley helps conduct interviews, schedule shifts and serves as an extra layer to ensure that all clients' and CAREGivers' needs are met. When Kimberley isn't working at Home Instead Senior Care, she continues to work as a Realtor. She is very involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren and attends all of her daughter's volleyball games.
