Our Green Bay Office is looking for a part-time weekend Scheduler - CAREGiver Introduction Specialist.  As the face of Home Instead in the community, this team member must demonstrate our core value, Love (v.), in all interactions with internal and external customers and staff: patience, kindness, humility, selflessness, respectfulness, forgiveness, honesty and commitment.
 

• Autonomously manages the creation and maintenance of client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and development of extraordinary relationships
• Refers concerns regarding CAREGiver tier assignments and hours worked to Recruitment and Engagement Manager to manage schedules to stated availability
• CAREGivers accountable for meeting expectations of tier assignments, including hours worked and taking additional shifts
• Negotiates availability and shift assignments with CAREGivers
• Increases client loyalty by consulting clients to better meet their needs
• Coaches CAREGivers on a variety of issues including interpretation and administration of company policies, procedures and inquiries
• Orchestrates introductions for new client/CAREGiver meetings
• Facilitate client/CAREGiver introductions for new CAREGivers and/or CAREGivers requiring additional support
• Ease the challenge of aging by encouraging clients to continue enjoying the comforts of home
• Contribute to a positive living environment while enhancing the client’s quality of life
• Report significant changes in client’s needs or living conditions
• Regularly communicate with supervisor and office staff
