Laura Dyer, Owner

​Laura joined the Home Instead Senior Care headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, in June, 2009. She spent five years as a trainer training franchise offices on business operating software and other operational functions. It wasn't long after she began working there and building relationships with other franchise owners that she knew she wanted to open her own Home Instead Senior Care franchise. Laura has seen first hand the impact Home Instead Senior Care has had on clients, CAREGivers, families, and communities across the globe. She is passionate about helping seniors and their families in Rapid City and the Black Hills. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Resources Management with an emphasis in Marketing from Bellevue University. As the face of the business, she is primarily responsible for building solid relationships with members of the communities of the Black Hills. Laura is also responsible for training every single one of our talented CAREGivers on Alzheimer's and other dementias and is active in the community with this training. In 2018, Laura trained law enforcement officials in Custer and Meade counties and the Rapid City police department about Alzheimer's and other dementias. Laura currently serves as a board member for the RSVP+ Program. She is an avid Nebraska Huskers volleyball and football fan. In her spare time she loves to ride motorcycles, snowmobile, cook, and sing and she is a weather enthusiast.

Clint Dyer, Owner

​Clint joined Home Instead Senior Care in May of 2014 when he and Laura purchased the western South Dakota franchise. Clint is in charge of office operations and ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly. He attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and earned his Bachelors in Finance and soon began a career in corporate finance. He later attended Bellevue University in Omaha and received his M.B.A. Clint has been responsible for financial analysis and budgeting and planning for several companies in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care of the Black Hills. Clint has recently decided to attend the University of Illinois and earn his Masters in Accountancy with an emphasis in Data Analytics. Clint's hobbies are numerous as he is an avid outdoorsman and loves spending time in the Black Hills hunting, biking, hiking or camping. He even recently discovered that he is rather good at skiing! He enjoys being part of Home Instead and the mission of enhancing the lives of seniors in the Black Hills.
Jennifer Tilley, Office Coordinator

Jennifer Tilley, Office Coordinator

Jennifer started as a CAREGiver with Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2017 after many years of teaching preschool. She moved into a full-time position as Office Coordinator in April of 2018. She directs all incoming phone calls, handles long term care insurance claims, assists with training new CAREGivers, and many other tasks to help the office flow smoothly. She enjoys meeting new people and getting to know our clients and their families. Jennifer has completed classes though Black Hills State University with an emphasis on Education and Sociology. She and her husband are foster parents for the Rapid City area. They also have five children and three dogs. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her family, scrapbooking and traveling.
Sarah Eisenbraun - Client Care Coordinator

Sarah Eisenbraun, Client Care Coordinator

Sarah joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in August of 2015. Sarah started as a CAREGiver and then worked her way into our office; first as the Service Coordinator and then quickly transitioned into her current role as the Client Care Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Science degree which she obtained in 2012 from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD. This is where her history in senior care began. She started working at a nursing home in Spearfish in November 2005 while working on her degree and fell in love. She has been working in the senior care industry ever since. She comes with experience in floor work as a CNA and a medication aide at nursing homes and assisted livings and has worked in two facilities specific to Alzheimer's and other dementias. Her most recent position prior to Home Instead was an Activity and Social Service Coordinator in Yankton, SD. She has a passion to help seniors in any way possible - anything to see them smile! She is originally a New Englander and, of course, a Patriots fan! She also has an enormous passion for animals and nature. She interned during college at the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha as a keeper. Helping and caring for others is a huge part of who she is. In her free time, she has three young children and two pups. She enjoys spending time with them, going on walks or hikes, swimming, and fishing.
Jeremiah Ratzsch - Home Care Consultant

Jeremiah Ratzsch, Home Care Consultant

Jeremiah joined the Home Instead Senior Care team as Home Care Consultant in January 2020. His primary responsibility is to build relationships with referral partners in the community and educate people on what it is Home Instead does best. He is a registered nurse with experience in emergency, intensive care, surgery, home health and hospice services. He holds a nursing degree from St. Luke's College in Sioux City, IA. In addition to his RN degree he holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Healthcare Administration. Jeremiah has spent the last 4 years of his career selling and marketing medical implants.

In his free time Jeremiah loves to have early morning coffee with his wife Angela. Their 6 kids and 2 dogs keep them very busy! He also likes to ride his motorcycle through the beautiful Black Hills and workout with his CrossFit friends.

Cassandra Rivera, Service Coordinator

Cassandra Rivera, Service Coordinator

​Cassandra joined the Home Instead team in December of 2019 as Service Coordinator after years operating her own landscape design/maintenance company. She also spent several years working in the aviation/tourism industry in scheduling and logistics. Ask her about it sometime - it's fascinating! Cassandra has a degree in Business Administration which she obtained in 1992 from Southern College in Orlando, Florida. She has a passion for helping everyone and is highly involved with scheduling and mentoring suicide attempt survivors and the LGBT Community. Originally from the beaches of Florida, she is an avid Florida State Seminoles fan (yes, she is aware the owners are Huskers fans) who enjoys the beach, hiking, yoga and snowboarding. She has two fur children with whom she enjoys spending time hiking.
Nicole MacDonald, Training and Engagement Coordinator

Nicole MacDonald, Training and Engagement Coordinator

Nicole Macdonald is our Training and Engagement Coordinator. She joined the team as a CAREGiver in August of 2018 and joined the office June of 2019. She was born and raised in the Black Hills. Nicole has a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Her focus was in Health Science with a minor in Applied Biological Science. She has a passion for helping people. She started as a CNA but loved the one on one connections that Home Instead creates with our clients. Her background in many facets in the caregiving field makes her a perfect fit to help prepare our CAREGivers and keep them active.

Nicole has a daughter who keeps her on her toes but is blessed with the help and guidance of her mother. In her off time, Nicole relaxes by dancing, something she has done since she was young.
