Jeremiah Ratzsch, Home Care Consultant
Jeremiah joined the Home Instead Senior Care team as Home Care Consultant in January 2020. His primary responsibility is to build relationships with referral partners in the community and educate people on what it is Home Instead does best. He is a registered nurse with experience in emergency, intensive care, surgery, home health and hospice services. He holds a nursing degree from St. Luke's College in Sioux City, IA. In addition to his RN degree he holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Healthcare Administration. Jeremiah has spent the last 4 years of his career selling and marketing medical implants.
In his free time Jeremiah loves to have early morning coffee with his wife Angela. Their 6 kids and 2 dogs keep them very busy! He also likes to ride his motorcycle through the beautiful Black Hills and workout with his CrossFit friends.

Nicole MacDonald, Training and Engagement Coordinator
Nicole Macdonald is our Training and Engagement Coordinator. She joined the team as a CAREGiver in August of 2018 and joined the office June of 2019. She was born and raised in the Black Hills. Nicole has a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Her focus was in Health Science with a minor in Applied Biological Science. She has a passion for helping people. She started as a CNA but loved the one on one connections that Home Instead creates with our clients. Her background in many facets in the caregiving field makes her a perfect fit to help prepare our CAREGivers and keep them active.
Nicole has a daughter who keeps her on her toes but is blessed with the help and guidance of her mother. In her off time, Nicole relaxes by dancing, something she has done since she was young.
