Direct Service Workforce Grant Coming 2023

As we continue to provide services to our Medicaid clients and receive funding to support these efforts, our plan includes offering a combination of pay increases for our existing Caregivers as well as sign on bonuses to attract more Caregivers allowing us to provide more hours of care. We will also focus on increasing our retention activities providing incentives including retention bonuses rewarding those Caregivers who continue employment with us.
