Home Instead prides itself in our CAREGiver's satisfaction. It all begins with our new hire orientation training. Each CAREGiver is assigned a direct Supervisor that will check in with them regularly, ensuring that everything is going great. If you have any questions, we are just a phone call away - 24 hours a day. We also provide flexible schedule options to meet our CAREGiver's varying needs - we can work around personal commitments, school schedules. We also engage with CAREGivers regularly through special recognition activities, meeting, in office events and more.
