Brandi and her mother, Lynda Patriquin, launched Home Instead Senior Care on March 1, 2000. For them, it is a win-win business - helping keep seniors in their homes as well as creating jobs for the people in our community who "just want to give back." She is an active, hands-on owner, and you will most likely see Brandi either in the office or out in the field.​

​ Chris Parmelee joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in March 2015 as General Manager, overseeing operations for three franchise locations: Rancho Cucamonga, Victorville, and Grand Junction. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and management across all departments-including finance, staffing, human resources, client services, and home care sales-with a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional care to every client. Chris's top priorities are ensuring that both our valued Care Professionals and clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive within their communities. His leadership is grounded in compassion, integrity, and a deep dedication to enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.

Service Inquiry Specialist

Nicole joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in January of 2015. Due to her excellent customer service skills, she is the main point of contact for potential clients and their families. She listens to their needs and answers their questions. Ultimately, she schedules appointments for Client Care Coordinator to go out and meet with the family in person for a free consultation. Nicole truly enjoys talking to families that call in and being able to offer a solution to the issues they are facing with their aging loved ones.

Wendy Avelar has been a dedicated part of the Home Instead family for over 10 years, bringing compassion, commitment, and firsthand caregiving experience to everything she does. Wendy began her journey with Home Instead as a Care Professional, where she built meaningful relationships with seniors and their families while providing exceptional, personalized care. Her years in the field gave her a deep understanding of the challenges families face and the level of support Care Professionals need to succeed. Today, as our Office Coordinator, Wendy plays a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. She supports our caregiving team, assists families, and helps ensure that every client receives the high-quality care they deserve. Her hands-on experience allows her to approach her role with empathy, efficiency, and a true heart for service. Wendy's long-standing dedication to our mission and her passion for helping others make her an invaluable member of our team. We are proud to have her continue growing within Home Instead and serving our community in this important leadership role.

Human Resource Manager

Erica joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in October of 2016. She has come to us with 5 years in customer service experience as well as previous schooling in Healthcare Administration. She oversees and handles both billing and payroll questions and/or concerns clients and CAREGivers may have for both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices. Staffing Manager

​Doniesha has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2016, and she comes to us with 13 years of experience as a Coordinator with the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) Her main responsibility is to provide excellent service to our seniors by matching them with a compatible, caring and understanding CAREGiver. She also monitors, mediates and logs both client and CAREGiver activities to make sure we are providing quality care to our seniors.

Jolene Loudermilk

On Call Staffing Manager

​Jolene Loudermilk is the On Call Manager for both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices, and has been with Home Instead since March of 2016. She is the primary point of contact if a CAREGiver or client has an emergency after hours or over the weekend. Jolene is a valuable source of information, and she is always happy to help if you have questions or concerns. In addition to her work with Home Instead, she is also a former EMT, regularly volunteers for the Alzheimer's Association, and is very active in her daughter's church and school activities.

Connie Nutter joined the Home Instead team in 2023 as a Home Care Consultant for the Victorville office. Connie has transitioned her role as a Hospice Care Consultant of 8 years to her current role here at Home Instead. Connie is always available to provide resources and education to clients and professionals alike. She truly feels her role at Home Instead is her calling and feels blessed to be part of a team that really cares about their clients .
