It's gardening season once again, and because Home Instead knows our clients love enjoying the fresh air, we've found an event that will turn you into a gardening pro!
The Spring Open Garden and Plant Sale is happening on Saturday, May 9th, from 9am to 1pm at the Portsmouth Master Gardeners, 105 Utah St. It will be a full-sensory experience where you can wander through a variety of display gardens, including the Butterfly, Sensory, and Pollinator gardens. If you have a plant at home that isn’t looking its best, you can even bring it (or your questions) to the "Plant Doctors" on-site for some expert advice. Plus, there will be Garden Mini Talks starting at 10am.

- 11am - Herbs
- 12pm - Going Native
We love spotlighting these events because gardening and spending time in nature are wonderful ways for seniors to stay active and connected.
