Job Type: Part-time & Full-time opportunities available
Pay: Competitive, starting at $16.50 – $18.50 per hour

What You'll Do – Bring Comfort and Joy! As a Home Instead CareGiver, you'll provide a variety of essential non-medical services tailored to each client's needs. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship & Conversation: Share stories, engage in hobbies, and provide a friendly, supportive presence.

• Personal Care: Assist with daily routines such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, ensuring comfort and dignity.

• Light Housekeeping & Meal Preparation: Help maintain a clean and tidy home, and prepare nutritious meals to support well-being.

• Medication & Appointment Reminders: Help clients stay on track with their health and daily schedules.

• Alzheimer’s Care: Provide specialized support and understanding for clients living with Alzheimer's and other dementias, offering comfort and familiarity.

• Transportation/Errands: Provide safe transportation to appointments or assist with errands, ensuring independence.

We're Looking for Individuals Who Are:

• Caring & Respectful: Able to treat and care for seniors and their property with the utmost dignity and respect.

• Compassionate: Possess a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

• Excellent Communicators: Able to communicate clearly and kindly with clients in English (spoken and written).

Requirements to Join Our Team:

• Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare or caregiving environment is preferred, but no previous experience is necessary! We provide comprehensive skills training to all our CareGivers.

• Driving: Possess reliable transportation (does not necessarily need to be the driver)

• Physical Ability: Physically able to assist with caregiving tasks, including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Background Checks: Successful completion of a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, drug screen, and fingerprinting (paid training for these processes is provided).
