Don't miss out on taking the family to see fireworks this year! It's America's 250th birthday, and Thomasville is celebrating in style. Home Instead is always looking for events that seniors and families can enjoy together, and this is a no-brainer!
The Independence Day Fireworks celebration is at Remington Park, 49 Ben Grace Dr, beginning around 9:30pm. Pre-recorded patriotic music will play over the park's loudspeakers starting at 8pm and will continue right through the main display. If you prefer to watch from your air-conditioned vehicle, you can tune your radio to 106.7 FM to enjoy the synchronized soundtrack. To keep everyone cool, the Thomasville Police Department will be out with free water and popsicles. Oh, and did we mention it is completely free?!
