Debbie opened her office in Northern Bristol County, servicing 17 towns and cities, in 2005. She is passionate about providing top quality home care to seniors in their homes and helping them age with security and dignity. Over the years, Debbie's two daughters, Ashley & Spencer, have joined the growing business. Debbie helps care for her 90-year old dad with the assistance of the great CAREGivers at Home Instead. To her, this is very personal. Debbie resides in North Dighton with her family and enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading.

Spencer Nichols began working as the General Manager at Home Instead Senior Care in June 2017 and transitioned into the role of Director of Finance in March 2020. Spencer is the daughter of Franchise Owner, Debra Nichols. Spencer has her Master’s in Special Education from Bridgewater State University. Previously Spencer worked as a Program Director of a Camp for adolescents with special needs and as a Program Coordinator in Adult Day Habilitation programs. Spencer also provides in home care to multiple families and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She currently lives in Taunton with her son, Easton.
Janice joined out team in May 2019 as a Home Care Consultant. In March 2020, Janice transitioned into the role of General Manger. Janice has previous experience working in the Home Care field and enjoys meeting new clients and community partners.
Veronica joined us in June 2020 as our new Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for building a strong lasting relationship with our amazing team of CAREGivers and retaining top talented CAREGivers to provide excellent service and companionship to the many clients we support. Previously, she worked for 8 years in an Assisted Living and Rehabilitation Center for the Aged, where gained lots of experience with seniors and a jack of all trades within Human Resources. She is excited to be a part of a franchise that provides excellent support not only to our clients but to our team of CAREGivers as well! She lives in Attleboro, MA with her family.
Tasia is a great asset to our team! Tasia answers our busy phone and directs calls where they need to go. She also greets and assists potential caregivers when they come in to apply for the position. She makes anyone that walks through our door feel welcomed with her warm personality. Tasia lends a helping hand to all departments and we are so happy to have her on our team. Tasia lives in Pawtucket, RI with her two children.
Kristen is the newest member of our team. She came on board in June 2018 as Client Care Manager. She is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities associated with the care of potential and existing clients. She also performs Quality Assurance visits with our clients. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rhode Island College and her Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from New England Institute of Technology. She has years of experience working with seniors in their homes as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant where she helped older adults overcome physical challenges and remain as independent as possible. She lives in Seekonk with her husband, twin teenage boys and two dogs.
Mary Pat is our Client Care Coordinator. Mary Pat has a lot of experience working with seniors, she also worked in a doctor's office as a medical assistant. Mary Pat takes caregivers out to meet with their clients for the first time. She also does frequent Quality Assurance visits with our clients. Mary Pat at times helps out with various training programs at the office as well as in field hands on training. Mary Pat enjoys spending time with caregivers and teaching them how to help seniors. She lives in Pawtucket, RI with her family.
Robin started with Home Instead as a CAREGiver in 2012 as a CAREGiver. Now she is working in our office coordinating client and CAREGiver schedules. She brings great caregiving knowledge to this position and she is able to relate to our current CAREGivers. She has 3 sons and 4 grandchildren. Pictures of her grandchildren can be found all around her office!
Alicia joined Home Instead in February 2020 as a CAREGiver. In August 2020, Alicia began working part time as a Staffing Coordintor. Alicia enjoys her time working with her clients and getting to learn their hobbies, life stories, and creating a bond with them. Alicia will continue to be a CAREGiver while working in the office.
Phyllis started working as a CAREGiver in 2013. Over 7+ years as a CAREGiver- she has worked with a variety of clients and enjoys getting to know them all. Phyllis brings her knowledge and first hand experience with clients into the classroom to teach our new and current CAREGivers.
