Debbie opened her office in Northern Bristol County, servicing 17 towns and cities, in 2005. She is passionate about providing top quality home care to seniors in their homes and helping them age with security and dignity. Over the years, Debbie's two daughters, Ashley & Spencer, have joined the growing business. Debbie helps care for her 90-year old dad with the assistance of the great CAREGivers at Home Instead. To her, this is very personal. Debbie resides in North Dighton with her family and enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading.

Spencer Nichols began working as the General Manager at Home Instead Senior Care in June 2017. Spencer is the daughter of Franchise Owner, Debra Nichols and sister to Business Manager, Ashley Nichols. Spencer has her Master’s in Special Education from Bridgewater State University. Previously Spencer worked as a Program Director of a Camp for adolescents with special needs and as a Program Coordinator in Adult Day Habilitation programs. Spencer also provides in home care to multiple families and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She currently lives in Taunton with her two cats, Fifi and Keke.
Ashley Nichols started working at Home Instead Senior Care in January 2010. Ashley graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality. Ashley is our Business Manager. She is also the daughter of franchise owner, Debbie Nichols. Ashley works in accounts receivables and accounts payable. She also assists our Human Resource department. Ashley maintains all of our social media and web marketing. Ashley says, “I feel that my ability to pay close attention to detail helps me a lot in this position. I’m also happy to be part of not only a growing company but a company that helps people, especially seniors who can be forgotten sometimes. In the past I traveled and volunteered in South America and I always have had a desire to help people.” Ashley lives in Attleboro with her husband and her 2 rescue dogs.
Holly starting working for Home Instead in April 2005, when the office first opened. Holly is not only our Director of Client Services but she is also Debbie Nichols’ niece. Holly grew up in Easton and lived in several states while her husband, Derek, was in the Army. Holly now lives in Norton with her husband and their two beautiful daughters, Kayla and Kassandra. She graduated from Endicott College and spent many years providing direct care to individuals with disabilities. Holly is definitely the "go to" person in the office. Holly says, “This is a great fit for me. I enjoy talking to potential clients and their families. I am glad to let them know how we can help them and also provide other community resources. I also match our wonderful CAREGivers with our clients. This is not something we do quickly. Everyone is unique and the matchup is very important.” Holly loves cooking and sewing as well as spending time with her three dogs- a Yorkie named Pebbles, a Cocker Spaniel named Judge, and a Cockerpoo named Teddy.
Michelle joined Home Instead in December of 2018 as the Human Resources Manager. With a deep passion for people, Michelle has over 20 years of human resources experience, the majority of which has been spent in hospital and ambulatory care settings. As a seasoned HR professional, Michelle brings to Home Instead vast experience in leading all HR practices and objectives. Michelle holds a BS/BA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and a Master's Degree from the Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University. She lives in Cumberland, Rhode Island with her husband, two daughters and their many animals.
Lynn joined our team as our Administrative Assistant, she was then promoted to Recruitment Coordinator. She talks to potential caregivers on the phone and performs interviews with caregivers. Lynn works closely with Diane on all aspects of the Human Resources Department. Lynn has a lot of administrative experience and is very detail oriented. We are glad to have her as part of our team! Lynn resides in Attleboro with her husband.
Tasia is a great asset to our team! Tasia answers our busy phone and directs calls where they need to go. She also greets and assists potential caregivers when they come in to apply for the position. She makes anyone that walks through our door feel welcomed with her warm personality. Tasia lends a helping hand to all departments and we are so happy to have her on our team. Tasia lives in Pawtucket, RI with her two children.
Kristen is the newest member of our team. She came on board in June 2018 as Client Care Manager. She is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities associated with the care of potential and existing clients. She also performs Quality Assurance visits with our clients. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rhode Island College and her Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from New England Institute of Technology. She has years of experience working with seniors in their homes as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant where she helped older adults overcome physical challenges and remain as independent as possible. She lives in Seekonk with her husband, twin teenage boys and two dogs.
Mary Pat is our Client Care Coordinator. Mary Pat has a lot of experience working with seniors, she also worked in a doctor's office as a medical assistant. Mary Pat takes caregivers out to meet with their clients for the first time. She also does frequent Quality Assurance visits with our clients. Mary Pat at times helps out with various training programs at the office as well as in field hands on training. Mary Pat enjoys spending time with caregivers and teaching them how to help seniors. She lives in Pawtucket, RI with her family.
Jessica joined the team in May 2018 as Home Care Consultant. Jessica goes out into the community to share the services Home Instead Senior Care offers. She also meets with families that are interested in home care for a loved one. Jessica has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management. She is a former CNA, and has worked in geriatric case management as well. She has had years of experience working with seniors and their families to ensure customized and quality care. Jessica lives in Attleboro with her two young sons.
Robin started with Home Instead as a CAREGiver in 2012 as a CAREGiver. Now she is working in our office coordinating client and CAREGiver schedules. She brings great caregiving knowledge to this position and she is able to relate to our current CAREGivers. She has 3 sons and 4 grandchildren. Pictures of her grandchildren can be found all around her office!
Nanci started at Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver. Nanci now works in the office as a training specialist for our CAREGivers. Nanci is a Certified Nursing Assistant. She covers many topics in her basic training classes including safety when working with seniors, building a relationships with seniors and what tasks to do while you are working in a senior's home. She also teaches CAREGivers how to work with clients that have Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia. Nanci is a wonderful teacher and a great listener. She really connects with the CAREGivers. Nanci is from Rhode Island and currently resides in Swansea, MA with her husband Matt. She is a great asset to our team!
Louryn Hoff is our weekend on call supervisor. We answer our phone live 24/7 so it is important that we have supervisors on duty over the weekends. Louryn has a lot of experience working in an office setting and helping people over the phone. Louryn is from North Attleboro where she lives with her family.
