Meet Our Team

Debra Nichols, Franchise Owner
Debbie is the proud owner of Home Instead Bristol County MA. She opened her doors in 2005 with a deep passion for helping seniors remain in their homes. Now entering her 18th year in business, she has serviced thousands of clients in the greater Attleboro area and experienced deep satisfaction with helping seniors navigate the health care system and understand the options available to them.
Debbie helped her own parents through their elder years. She saw firsthand what was important in the home. In 2017, Debbie’s mother passed away under hospice care. A Home Instead Care Pro helped with overnight shifts, while Debbie cared for her mother during the day. Today, Debbie is the primary caregiver for her 94-year-old dad. Her dad has been serviced for 12 years by the same Care Pro. He still goes out to lunch with our Care Pro. On Sundays, he visits with Debbie and her family.
Debbie resides in Dighton, MA. Debbie’s daughters, Ashley & Spencer have spent years in the business too and enjoy being part of caring for seniors. In her free time, Debbie enjoys traveling, swimming, and cookouts with her children and grandchildren, and being outdoors.
