Sue has been with our Home Instead team since October 2020. Sue reached her 500 hour milestone on June 23, 2021. She attends training when available and will take on extra shifts when we need her!
Sue finds creative ways to engage with her clients, like reading to them and bringing music for them to listen to.
Sue is also one of our CAREGiver Mentors! She is great about getting new CAREGiver's off on a positive foot and keeping in contact with them as they get comfortable in their new role.
A few words that we often use to describe Sue are reliable, compassionate, knowledgeable, flexible, organized, kind and dedicated.
She never calls in and is always willing to help out where we need her. She has driven as far as Tarkio, MO from her hometown of Savannah to help out with a 24/7 client who cannot be left alone. She works outside of her availability when she is able to do so just to make sure our clients are taken care of.
While doing all of this she is also a non-traditional student going to college to get her physical therapy assistant degree.
