Last Saturday, the Home Instead team got up bright for some Alzheimer's and Dementia Training! The training covered home care for seniors with Alzheimer's and Dementia as well as a further dive into the disease. They were a very engaging group, asking questions and providing personal insight from their home care carriers.
Caring for a person with Alzheimer's or Dementia takes patience, organization, and a lot of love and support. Home Instead Caregivers provide services to seniors with these struggles every day, like personal care services, meal prep, hospice support, companionship, and so much more. It is thanks to training classes like this one that we can support seniors with memory problems and other health issues.
