To help you on your career path to becoming a Care Pro, we provide the CHHA training to our team members! The CHHA course consists of 60 hours of on-line, independent study and 16 hours of hands-on, clinical training taught by a Registered Nurse. Once the course is completed, we will help you to submit your application to the NJ Board of Nursing and will monitor the process with you every step of the way.
I have been in this field for years. However, when I saw an ad for Home Instead I applied and was hired. This truly has been the best decision I have made. My goal has always been to make a difference in people's lives, and to be the “keeper of their history” I honestly believe in learning and being able to share. On a daily basis all that is good. I honestly feel that Home Instead gives the ability to be treated like a professional in this field. And can always provide the ability to have a professional as well as personal life balance.

The owners as well as all of the office staff are outstanding. Everyone is always courteous and helpful. Any questions or concerns about a client are handled quickly. The clients and their caregivers are treated with respect and compassion and understanding. This job is very rewarding! If you enjoy helping others this is the job for you. The staff is as nice as can be and appreciate your work. A lot of people can’t say they love their job but I certainly can say that being with Home Instead.

I have no problem with getting to and from work because Home Instead provide transportation for me, I do appreciate what they are doing for me and others. I love my fellow co-workers ❤ also my supervisor and the rest of the team at the Office. Thank you Guys for all the hard work you do. 👍❤
