The Alzheimer's Association Greater New Jersey Chapter is spotlighting people who make a difference in the fight to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia, by participating in the upcoming 2020 Walk To End Alzheimer’s (WTEA) - the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Today we say thank you to Andrea and Steve Sussman, co-owners and co-executive directors of Home Instead Senior Care, serving Morris and Passaic Counties, and volunteers on the Northwest Walk To End Alzheimer’s Planning Committee.
Their walk team, Home Instead Succasunna, has raised over $8,500 putting them in the lead as the Top Northwest Walk team.
“As owners of the Morris County office of Home Instead Senior Care for over 20 years, the fight against Alzheimer's Disease is one that is very near and dear to our hearts,” says Andrea. “We have provided care for literally hundreds of families afflicted with Alzheimer's and have seen firsthand the devastation that it causes. We have been participating in the Walk for many years."
