March 2022 CAREGiver Core Value Award - Michael Weber
Michael joined our team on July 13, 2021. Though she works part time with us, she has proven to be a strong asset to this team. Our scheduling team was able to create a perfect match for her. She and her current client are certainly a “match made in heaven”
Michael has been nominated several times for the honor of Care Pro of the Month. She was unanimously selected for the month of March Core Value Award for Honoring God in All We Do. After receiving several compliments, she was bestowed with this honor. Michael effortlessly motivates her client to achieve long and short-term goals. The two of them get along great and have become great friends. With the approaching Easter Holiday, Michael invited her client to attend Easter Services with her family and is making sure to provide extra TLC because her client wants to look wonderful for that day. After the service they have a special Easter Egg Hunt just for our client. We are not sure who is most excited about the upcoming events, Michael or her client.
When she is not caring for our exceptional client, Michael works with a Bullitt County Private School. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, writing poetry and serving God. Michael is a perfect example of what it looks like to assist someone in living their best life. We are happy to have her as a valuable player on this team!
