We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the recruitment cycle to identify top CAREGivers - sourcing, interviewing and hiring. This role has the opportunity to make a critical contribution to the overall organizational success. Key job responsibilities are listed below: Attracting new candidates using a variety of sourcing platforms Screening candidates online, over the phone and in personal interviews Developing relationships with local universities and career centers through job fairs and presentations Creating new recruitment strategies to market our open positions and attract additional applicants On-call rotation The ideal candidate will possess: Experience in high volume recruitment A positive attitude with a passion for working with people and performing meaningful work The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize goals Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Sound judgment and decision-making skills Advanced computer skills, including heavy use of Microsoft Office, Social Media, and Online Job Boards. Members of our Scheduling department play a critical role interfacing with both CAREGivers and clients to ensure needed care is provided in a timely manner. Candidates have the opportunity to join an award-winning company committed to providing an important service while earning competitive pay and benefits. Home Instead is searching for a Scheduling Supervisor. This role is a crucially important member of our team. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 11am-8pm. Job Responsibilities Ensure all shifts are filled with the appropriate CAREGiver in a timely manner Effectively lead and manage the scheduling team including after-hours schedulers Meet the goals designated for the Scheduling team and each Scheduler individually Serve as a liaison between Home Instead, client and CAREGiver Manage the scheduling process to make certain documentation and communication is clear and concise On-call responsibility Qualifications and Skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, customer service, assertiveness and problem-solving skills Prior Supervisory Experience required Knowledge of scheduling systems and strong computer skills Prior healthcare background beneficial College degree preferred but years of related job experience will be considered Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.
