Tracy Haines - Executive Director
Tracy is the Executive Director of Home Instead, Louisville, KY. Tracy will celebrate 20 years as a Registered Nurse next year and has served in roles in Medical-Surgical Care, Oncology Nursing, and Intensive Care. She has spent most of her career in Home Care either directly providing patient care or leading a team of home care professionals.
Enhancing the lives of Aging Adults is why Tracy stays and specializes in our Industry. It brings her peace knowing that clients and their families are receiving the best care possible, and that she is contributing to improving the quality of life of those that have put their trust in our care.
Tracy was born and raised in Louisville, KY. Her family takes special interest in the Kentucky Derby, making it one of her most cherished traditions. You will often find Tracy enjoying her Nolin Lake home surrounded by family and friends.
Amelia Waters - GM Southwest Louisville Territory
Amelia is the General Manager of the Southwest Territory of Home Instead in Louisville, KY. Amelia spent many years providing personal care to others as a CNA and joined the Home Instead team as a Case Manager in April of 2023 and in February of 2024 was promoted to General Manager. Amelia has held many titles in many different fields in her adult life, but her very favorite is her role as "Mom".
Amelia has a passion for helping others. She makes this passion very apparent through her work with the elderly community in her area. Amelia loves to support various causes such as the Kentuckiana Stroke Association, DABA, Walk to End Alzheimer's and especially local ministries within the community such as the Southwest Ministries.
Amelia was born in Orange County, FL but was raised in Valley Station, KY. She spends most of her, "free time," with her children, usually at a baseball game or an event held through her family's church, where her daughter attends school
Ashley Newton - GM Central and East Louisville and Oldham County Territories
Ashley is the General Manager of Home Instead, she covers our Louisville and Oldham County location. Ashley has been in health care for over 17 years and has served in many roles from a caregiver, Marketing and Admissions, Human Resources to General Manager. She has spent much of her career in Long Term Care either directly providing patient care, mentoring new employees as the embark on their healthcare journey, or navigating next steps of care for families.
Ashley loves being able to be a resource and get people the help and care that they need. She sees everyone as her loved one and ensures they get the right care because they are family. Seeing clients smile and have wins, no matter how big or small, is why she loves what she does.
Ashley was raised in LaGrange, KY. She is a mom of three, twelve-year-old twins and a six-year-old. She enjoys watching her kids play baseball and softball and she also enjoys coaching youth basketball. In her spare time, you will find her spending it with her family and friends.
Jessica Williams - Director of Sales and Marketing
Jessica is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Home Instead serving the Jefferson and Oldham County territories in Louisville, KY. She is a Registered Nurse with over 17 years of nursing experience including Traumatic Brain Injury, Healthcare Navigation, Memory Care, Emergency Medicine and Hospice care. She is also a certified Nurse Coach and is planning to sit for her Health & Wellness Nurse Coach board certification in order to help others achieve their highest potential.
Jessica is passionate about helping older adults achieve optimal independence through education, supportive services, and increased community awareness. She believes in being a change agent who fosters an environment that is focused on enhancing the quality of life of our local elderly community and their families.
Jessica has lived most of her life in Louisville, KY. She and her husband enjoy living on their property in a local forest with their son and family dog. Her family enjoys being outdoor enthusiasts and you can often find them traveling, camping, kayaking, hiking, hunting, fishing, and spending time with her cherished family and friends. One of her favorite hobbies is foraging and wildcrafting to create all-natural recipes, medicinal products, and personal care items.
Renata Shepard - Recruitment and Engagement Supervisor
Renata is the Recruitment and Engagement Supervisor for Home Instead, Louisville KY. Renata has worked in healthcare for over 24 years and has served in various roles in the Long Term Care Industry. She has spent most of her career in the Human Resource Department.
Helping people improve their quality of life is why Renata enjoys working in our industry. It brings her joy knowing she has made a difference in the lives of clients and families by assisting in providing their care. Renata is committed to bringing quality Care Pros on board that will provide the quality-of-care Home Instead is known for.
Renata was born in Chicago, Illinois. She later moved to Kentucky where she has spent the last 30 years and now calls home. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling around the world.
