We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the recruitment cycle to identify top CAREGivers - sourcing, interviewing and hiring. This role has the opportunity to make a critical contribution to the overall organizational success. Key job responsibilities are listed below: Attracting new candidates using a variety of sourcing platforms Screening candidates online, over the phone and in personal interviews Developing relationships with local universities and career centers through job fairs and presentations Creating new recruitment strategies to market our open positions and attract additional applicants On-call rotation The ideal candidate will possess: Experience in high volume recruitment A positive attitude with a passion for working with people and performing meaningful work The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize goals Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Sound judgment and decision-making skills Advanced computer skills, including heavy use of Microsoft Office, Social Media, and Online Job Boards. Scheduling Supervisor

Members of our Scheduling department play a critical role interfacing with both CAREGivers and clients to ensure needed care is provided in a timely manner. Home Instead is searching for a Scheduling Supervisor. This role is a crucially important member of our team. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 11am-8pm. We have an opportunity for a Billing and Payroll Clerk to join our growing team with a wide range of experience and skills. This position is responsible for the daily billing and payroll operations of the company, to include the maintenance of accurate accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results. Create annual Strategic Recruitment Plan and work with organizational leadership to meet key talent objectives. Work with the Director of Development to establish and manage to annual Recruitment Budget. Lead, manage and develop team of internal recruiters – motivate and hold accountable to performance metrics Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to source top CAREGivers and office staff – job boards, social media, marketing, personal networks, etc. Continue process of refining organizational interview process to identify top talent Design, plan and execute employer branding program Develop robust internal referral rewards program Establish regular recruitment metrics and reporting of monitoring trends, effectiveness and success Suggest ongoing measures to improve hiring effectiveness resulting in improved retention Determine and implement external relationship vendor strategy for increased candidate resources Attend career fairs, college/school and similar events (live or virtual) as needed Other job responsibilities as assigned.
