Is our CAREGiver of the Month for October!!!
Angie Cisneros is an amazing CAREGIVER who is willing to build trust, share her heart, and take the lead. We have seen her dedication to providing quality care with our Home Instead clients. This October, Angie truly deserves recognition as our CAREGiver of the Month.
Angie builds trust with our clients by meeting their needs in the way that is best for them. Her method of connecting with clients has resulted in a definite trust between client and CAREGiver. As result of this trust, ambulating clients are willing to transfer for her: from walker to chair, chair to outside, inside to outside. This is very important to their overall well-being and was only possible due to Angie's willingness to build trust first. This trust has greatly helped to enhance the lives of the aging adults under our care through her efforts- thank you, Angie!
Angie shares her heart with our clients by being an integral part in comfort care. During comfort care, the family can be filled with grief and emotion as they grapple with the knowledge of their loved one passing. This time is very difficult for family members and acting as a caregiver can seem overwhelming. Angie has been a great support to her Clients and their families so that the family can just be family, processing and saying their goodbyes. With our office, Angie has been a huge support to us. She shares her heart through her joy. She takes extra time out of her day to chat with our office staff after her regular client-update phone calls. Her giggle and cheerful conversation truly brighten our day!
Angie takes the lead with our clients through her attention to detail and dedication, which are evident in her regular client update phone calls. She goes above and beyond to call our office with updates on our clients, their statuses, and any changes to their health and wellness. She is responsible and professional. When she takes the lead as the voice of our clients needs, she does so in a respectful and understanding way. We know we can always count on Angie to be consistent, loyal, and to lead with love.
