Home Instead San Diego is so thankful for Jonathan Ramirez and the way he builds trust, shares his heart, and takes the lead with our Home Instead Clients. This December Jonathan has proven why he is a true “Home Insteadder”. What is a Home Insteadder? Jonathan: A CAREGiver willing to go above and beyond for the sake of the client. He puts others first. He leads with his heart. To Jonathan, CAREGiving is not just a job, it’s personal. This December, Home Instead San Diego would not have been as successful providing quality care to our Clients and their families without Jonathan Ramirez!
Jonathan is a key leader in enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families in our San Diego community. The Holidays can be a difficult time, but Jonathan’s consistency is a source of strength for our office. Jonathan takes the lead through his initiative. He drives long distances to make sure our clients are given the quality care they deserve. He voluntarily informs our office about the status of the clients. He shares information with the other CAREGivers, so the transfer of care can be as smooth as possible. He always makes sure to keep our office up-to-date and in the know about our Clients and their current care needs.
Jonathan builds trust with our office and clients through his dependability. We know we can count on him to always answer our calls. He makes sure to give advanced notice for requested time-off so that our clients are not left without care. He even goes as far to modify his personal schedule in order to care for our clients. This shows that caring for our clients is his priority and a joy for him.
Jonathan shares his heart through his empathetic and calm disposition. He is so gentle and caring that even female clients welcome him. His heart is shown through his responses to scheduled shifts, which is always “Whatever Mr. needs”. He is always calm and collected, always willing to lead with his heart.
