Is our CAREGiver of the Month for November!!!
Michelle Watson is a key part of our Home Instead family and has been for the past three years. In fact, it was her Home Instead Workiversary last month! Thank you, Michelle, for your dedication to building trust, sharing your heart, and taking the lead with our clients!
Michelle builds trust with her ‘client-before-self’ mentality. Her heart to serve is apparent to our office and our clients. We can count on her to stay in constant communication with our office. She answers our phone calls and always is willing to help us with any emergency fill-ins that come up. Her helpfulness has been a pillar of our successful service this past month, especially during the busy holiday season!
Michelle has a heart for service. We are so thankful she is willing to share her heart with our office and our clients. She has such a wonderful heart! If a client needed something, Michelle would be sure to let us know. She sees the greater purpose of Home Instead: providing the best quality care for our clients. She shows dedication to our company purpose when she is willing to step out of a shift if another CAREGiver can provide more personal, specialized care. To Michelle, being a CAREGiver is not just a paid job – it is a mission to enhance the lives of aging adults in the San Diego community.
Michelle takes the lead by being proactive about her care for our clients. She truly understands that each client is an individual with unique needs and wants. After receiving her client assignment, she calls our office with questions to ask for direction and coaching for the best ways to serve this specific client. Her leadership has been a huge blessing to our Home Instead office. Without Michelle, our Home Instead office would not be able to provide the personalized, quality care that we love to give to our seniors.
