Paola Corona is a relatively new CAREGiver who has proven to be a rockstar from the start. Whether it is connecting with clients or our office staff, her caring heart and observant nature enables her to build trust, share her heart, and take the lead with her clients and our office staff!
Paola builds trust with our clients through her attentiveness and sincerity. She goes above and beyond with our clients. She meets their needs with professionalism and purpose. Our office can rely on her to show-up for her shifts on time and provide excellent care, but to do so with precise attention to the details. Our office staff and our clients can always rely on Paola.
Paola shares her heart through her warm and personable demeanor. She listens to our clients and empathizes with how they are feeling. She is very perceptive, insightful, and ready to take initiative to find solutions to clients’ needs. Our office is thankful for her heart and commitment to compassionate care.
Paola takes the lead by being proactive and detail oriented. As a Home Instead employee, she makes sure her paperwork and registrations are always up to date. Her assigned training is always completed immediately. As a CAREGiver, she is a great communicator with our clients and our office staff. Paola is always willing to talk to our clients or reach out to our office with any questions. Our office staff is confident that when we assign Paola to any shift or client., she will show-up ready and happy to help. She has shown her leadership as she filled in shifts this month and put in extra hours with her clients to ensure they had the quality care they needed.
