Lucy Guzman is a phenomenal CAREGiver and a great representation of Home Instead. The way that Lucy builds trust, takes the lead, and shares her heart demonstrates how much she cares for her Clients. Her actions show that to her, caregiving is personal.
Lucy builds trust through her willingness to openly communicate with our office. She keeps us connected with any changes that occurred during her shifts. Her willingness to follow-up with our office about any changes in client habits, preferences, etc., has enabled our team to provide even more personalized, quality care for our Clients.
Lucy takes the lead through her motivation to serve. She meets our Clients’ needs by picking up fill-in shifts - even those between her already scheduled shifts! Lucy recognizes that when there is a shift open, there is a need, and she willingly fills in for her teammates. Lucy has proven to be a devoted worker, a dedicated team player, and dependable CAREGiver.
Lucy shares her heart with her Clients by going above and beyond for them. She shows up for her Clients by listening and connecting with her Clients personally. She is so caring and loving to any Client she serves. She always is ready to do so with a smile on her face and open arms. Her radiant heart shines, evident in the photo above!!
