One of our newest rock-stars, Gloria Morales, stunned us all right out of the gate. Everywhere she went, praises and appreciation quickly followed. Every client she has served wants her back, and we are excited when we introduce her to our new clients.
Gloria has been an essential asset to have on our Home Instead team. She stays in communication with our service team. She picks up whatever shifts are offered to her- and she does so enthusiastically.
Gloria builds trust with our clients the moment she steps into a client’s home. Her cheerful, charismatic presence instantly instills calm into the environment, for both the client and their families.
Our respite care families welcome Gloria into their homes with open arms. With Gloria taking the lead, the families feel secure that their loved one is in good hands. Upon meeting our CAREGiver Gloria, they are willing to let Home Instead fully take care of their loved one while they fully utilize their respite time.
Gloria shares her heart through her empathy. She can connect with her clients and understand their true needs. She can look past the caregiver stress of the family and meet those needs, always from a place of love and kindness.
The way that Gloria is able to build trust, share her heart, and take the lead are instrumental for our success in providing quality care and professional, personalized service.
