Karla Hernandez is one of our fantastic CAREGivers here at Home Instead San Diego. She continually impresses our office staff and her clients through her willingness to build trust, take the lead, and share her heart.
Karla builds trust through her willingness to openly communicate with our office and her dedication to being someone we can rely on. She is very trustworthy. We know that she will arrive to her scheduled shifts and communicate with our office about any changes that might arise. She is also willing to trust our office to match her with great Clients that she can relate to. She eagerly accepts shifts with confidence that our office staff has kept her best interest at heart when scheduling her.
Karla takes the lead through her hard-work and dedication to serving our Clients. She takes initiative to offer her time and service outside of her scheduled availability and shifts. She is always willing to add more shifts to her schedule. She rarely calls out of a shift and always has detailed and immediate communication with our office staff if an extreme emergency should arise.
Karla shares her heart with her Clients by driving long distances to make sure our Clients receive quality care. Our Clients greatly appreciate her and often request her services. They are willing to work around her schedule and personal availability so she can be their CAREGiver. Our Clients trust her to her provide personalized, heartfelt assistance and to be dependable.
