Roxanna Cruz is our CAREGiver of the Month for the month of April!!
Roxanna Cruz is a wonderful, dedicated CAREGiver. She has an innate ability to form connections with our clients and our office staff. Her love for seniors shines through how she builds trust, takes the lead, and shares her heart with her clients and our office staff!
Roxanna builds trust with our clients through her reliability. She voluntarily drives long distances everyday to be with her clients. Her dedication to our clients shows through her perseverance. Our office staff knows we can rely on her to show up for a shift when she says she will. Our clients trust Roxanna. They know they can rely on her to be there for them.
Roxanna takes the lead with our clients through her outgoing personality and willing spirit. Her can-do attitude shows her leadership when she offers to fill-in open shifts when our office asks. She is eager to accept shifts even when she does not know the clients. At introductions, she is a great conversationalist with our clients and is quick to make connections and form relationships.
Roxanna shares her heart when she cheerfully puts client’s needs before her own. She shows humility through her service to our clients. Our clients love that she is always ready to help and always willing to listen. Our office is so thankful for her servant’s heart and commitment to compassionate care.
