Angela Brunson Bartlett - General Manager

Angela Brunson Bartlett, General Manager, joined the Home Instead team in 2002. She leads our organization’s care initiatives and manages our daily operations. With a degree in Sociology, Angela works with community and industry partners to promote the importance of client-centric nonmedical care.  Angela enjoys traveling, gardening, and photographing bugs. Jessica Castoldi - Director of Administrative Services

Jessica Castoldi, Director of Administrative Services, began her career at Home Instead in 2002 as a CAREGiver. She was promoted to Client Care Manager and worked to ensure that clients and families received the best care experience. In her current position, Jessica manages client’s contracts/invoicing, accounts payable and employee benefit programs. Jessica loves to travel and you just might find her at the local bowling alley. Brenda Orellana - Billing and Payroll Coordinator

Brenda Orellana, Billing and Payroll Coordinator, joined Home Instead in February 2020 as a CAREGiver. Brenda’s experience in medical billing and bookkeeping was a perfect fit for our administrative team. Brenda is responsible for client invoicing and CAREGiver payroll. Brenda enjoys spending time with her family and loves to camp. The ocean is her “happy place”. Amanda Zanca - Receptionist

Amanda Zanca, Receptionist, joined Home Instead in July 2021 as a CAREGiver. Amanda's background as an administrative assistant was the perfect fit for our administrative team. Amanda is responsible for managing our busy phone system and directing callers to the appropriate staff member. Additionally, Amanda is responsible for many clerical tasks to ensure the staff can communicate and work efficiently. Amanda loves spending time with her family and her pets. Kelley Gallo - Home Care Consultant

Kelley Gallo, Home Care Consultant, joined the Home Instead team in 2020 as a CAREGiver, after many years of business-to- business marketing and consultative sales experience. Kelley assists all potential new clients and their families, helping to educate them on our services and being a resource for care solutions. Kelley works with community partners to develop a network of likeminded companies focused on high-quality client care. Kelley enjoys reading mystery novels and playing tennis. Deborah Potty - LPN - Clinical Client Care Manager

Deborah Potty, LPN, Clinical Client Care Manager, came to Home Instead in 2009 after 35+ years of nursing experience in acute care hospital settings and a strong background in orthopedics. Deb conducts initial client assessments and develops plans of care to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and their families. Additionally, Deb supervises our Personal Care Team and performs Quality Assurance checks ins. Deb is an avid reader and loves the beach. Karen Hill-Seto - LPN - Clinical Client Care Manager

Karen Hill-Seto, LPN, Clinical Client Care Manager, joined the Home Instead team in 2022. Karen has a passion for geriatric care and many years of experience in skilled nursing facilities and home care.  Karen conducts initial client assessments and develops plans of care to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and their families. Additionally, Karen supervises our Personal Care Team and performs Quality Assurance check ins. Karen has a passion for medical esthetics, and in her spare time she works as a Cosmetologist. She enjoys spending time vacationing with her family, being outdoors, and is a total foodie! Amanda Williams - Director of Recruitment & Engagement

Amanda Williams, Director of Recruitment and Retention, joined Home Instead as a Client Care Manager in 2014. She was promoted to her current position in September 2018 after completing her Master's degree in Healthcare Administration. She works to recruit, screen, hire and retain the highest-quality CAREGivers. Amanda enjoys traveling and is a cheerleading coach for teens. Lisa Tavares - Recruitment Coordinator

Lisa Tavares, Recruitment Coordinator, joined Home Instead in March 2022. Lisa originally joined our team in 2016 as a CAREGiver after graduating from the Assabett Valley  Technical High School CNA program. Lisa left her  CAREGiving position to pursue her degree in Human Services at Assumption College. Upon completion of her degree, she rejoined our team as the Recruitment Coordinator. She is responsible for finding, attracting, hiring and screening new CAREGivers to fill open positions and meet our client’s needs. Ann Mazzola - RN - Nurse Educator

Ann Mazzola, RN, joined us in 2012 after a career in health education. As our Clinical Nurse Educator and Care Manager, Ann teaches our Personal Care Homemaker course as well as other clinical skills classes, and conducts Companion and Personal Care Assessments. With her degree in Health Education, Ann is also actively engaged in community outreach and conducts informational seminars on aging, nutrition and other health-related topics. Ann is a voracious reader and loves working out and playing the piano and guitar. Kathryn Pashapour, Director of Client Care Management, came to Home Instead in August of 2016 with 25+ years of accounting and management experience. Kathy is the lead Client Care Manager, ensuring that clients are receiving the highest quality of care and, as their needs change, Kathy ensures all of Home Instead’s resources are engaged and available to help. Kathy loves watching movies, gardening, hanging out at the beach and playing with her pets. Lisa Johnson - Senior Client Care Manager

Lisa Johnson, Senior Client Care Manager, joined Home Instead in November 2018 as a CAREGiver with many years of experience caring for seniors. Lisa’s willingness to jump in and help proved to be invaluable assets. Lisa assists with the placement and supervision of the CAREGivers for both Personal Care and Companion clients. Elizabeth McGrath - Client Care Manager

Elizabeth McGrath, Client Care Manager, joined Home Instead in February 2022 as a CAREGiver. Elizabeth's experience in long term care and her love for seniors made her the perfect fit to join our administrative team. Elizabeth assists with the placement and supervision of the CAREGivers for both Personal Care and Companion clients. She is responsible for the overall case management and communication between client, CAREGiver, and family. Arissa Andrade - Client Care Management Liason

Arissa Andrade, Client Care Management Liason, joined Home Instead in June 2021. A former fine arts student, Arissa found her calling and switched to a nursing program and became a Certified Nursing Assistant. Arissa has a dual role at Home Instead. She provides supervision and scheduling of CAREGivers and works with clients as a CAREGiver. She is our “go-to” person for filling in, in a pinch. Katherine Dawson - Assistant Client Care Manager

Katherine Dawson, Assistant Client Care Manager, joined Home Instead in May 2019 as a CAREGiver while working towards her Nursing degree. While juggling an intensive nursing program, Kate also works as an Assistant Client Care Manager and On-Call Supervisor. Kate is dedicated to quality care and ensuring our CAREGivers are positioned for success. Arsh Rustogi, Home Care Liaison

Arsh Rustogi, Home Care Liaison, joined Home Instead in August 2022. Arsh’s background is in accounting. In High School, he volunteered as a companion at an assisted living facility; an experience that left an indelible impression on him. His easy going and charismatic style makes him the perfect ambassador for Home Instead. His community outreach helps others to learn about the rewards of caregiving and the essential services Home Instead can offer our clients and client families.
