We recognize talent and tenacity when we see it!

Jessica Castoldi began her career at Home Instead in 2002 as a CAREGiver. We recognize talent and tenacity when we see it. Jessica became part of our administrative team as a Client Care Manager in 2008. After an organizational restructure in 2012, she took on the role of Benefits and Client Services Coordinator. In 2021, Jessica became a Team Lead as Director of Administrative Services.

Trying something new and she quickly grew!

Kathryn Pashapour came to Home Instead in August of 2016 with 25+ years of accounting and management experience to try something new.  Her professional and client centered approach to CAREGiving made her an optimal choice for a Client Care Manager position.  In 2018, Kathy became a Team Lead as Senior Client Care Manager and worked to develop and mentor a talented group of Client Care Managers that included summer internships and hybrid Assistant Client Care Managers/CAREGiver positions.  In 2021, Kathy took on the role of Director of Client Care Management.

A willingness to jump in and roll up her sleeves...

Lisa Johnson, a seasoned, professional CAREGiver, joined our team in November 2018.  Lisa’s willingness to jump in and roll up her sleeves proved to be an invaluable asset to our seniors and their families.  Her “can do attitude” quickly identified her as someone we wanted on our administrative team.  In 2019, Lisa became a Client Care Manager and On Call Supervisor.

A temporary position becomes permanent!

Katherine Dawson, Assistant Client Care Manager, joined Home Instead in May 2019 as a CAREGiver while working towards her Nursing degree. What began as a temporary summer position has become a permanent position for Kate.  She continues to work part time while completing her nursing program and is an On-Call Supervisor.

An opportunity to use her experience...

Kelley Gallo joined the Home Instead team in 2020 as a CAREGiver, after many years of business-to-business marketing and consultative sales. When the position of Home Care Consultant became available in 2021, Kelley jumped at the opportunity to bring her experience and skills to assist families find the care they need and develop a network of likeminded community partners focused on high-quality client care.

A perfect fit for our administrative team!

Brenda Orellana joined Home Instead in February 2020 as a CAREGiver. Brenda’s experience in medical billing and bookkeeping made her a perfect fit for our administrative team.  Brenda became our Billing and Payroll Coordinator in 2021.

We quickly recognized a "go-to person"!

Arissa Boucher joined Home Instead in June 2021 as a CAREGiver and we quickly recognized that Arissa could be our “go-to person”. Arissa’s dual role of CAREGiver and Assistant Client Care Manager allows her to seamlessly move into and out of the field. Her skills enable her to step into any situation and lend a hand.
