Liliane, our Natick Care Professional of the Year:

Since joining our team in 2016, Liliane has consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, empathy, and expertise in her role as a Care Professional. Caregiver of the Month: Monaliza

Our October Caregiver of the Month is Monaliza! Monaliza began working for Home Instead this summer. She has been reliable, hardworking, positive and always stays calm and centered.  She is also an extremely talented Caregiver, adept at assisting with all Activities of Daily Living, along with the skills and knowledge required to work with Alzheimer’s and Dementia clients. Her Clients love having her in their Home and always request her for fill ins. Congratulations Monaliza!

Caregiver of the Month: Denise

Our September Caregiver of the Month is Denise! Denise has been with Home Instead since earlier this year. Denise is full of compassion and dedication to her clients and our company. In the time that Denise has worked for us she has worked with several of our clients in unique situations and has covered last minute shifts. She is not only a wonderful Caregiver but has also dealt with difficult situations. Denise has been helping neighbors and family members for years before her time with Home Instead. Denise is always willing to go the extra mile for her Clients. Her Clients are very fortunate to have her on their team! Congratulations Denise!

Caregiver of the Month: Carol

We would like to congratulate Carol on winning the caregiver of the month award for August. Carol is Home Instead’s longest running caregiver! She joined our team in 2001! Carol has always been very dedicated to her job since the day she started with our company. She has helped on so many different cases when we have needed assistance. Every home we have Carol in they all love her because of her work ethic, personality and making them laugh. Thank you Carol for your dedication to our company. Congratulations!

Caregiver of the Month: Annjani

Annjani is our July caregiver of the month. Annjani goes above and beyond to help her clients have a better quality of life. She is always willing to work with any client that may need help and she treats them as though they were her family not just another client. Annjani has always been willing to fill in shifts for other caregivers if they are sick or on vacation and never complains about having to do so. We would like to thank Annjani for all her hard work since she has joined our team. Congratulations Annjani!

Caregiver of the Month: Donna

Congratulations to our June 2022 Caregiver of the Month Donna! Donna started with us earlier this year and has made a huge impact to her clients since then. Donna has always been extremely conscientious, caring, and always does her best for her client. Her clients love her for all that she does! Donna is a consistent face for her clients and always does extra for them.  She communicates well with the office and goes above and beyond what is expected. Caregiver of the Month: Alessandra

Congratulations to our Caregiver of the Month for May 2022, Alessandra! Alessandra truly has a passion for serving and supporting the needs of her clients, and she genuinely brings a positive attitude to everything she does. Alessandra is great at communicating and documenting when providing care to her clients and takes initiative by anticipating care needs. Alessandra has excellent time management skills and always goes above and beyond when it comes to completing her tasks. Alessandra has a great rapport with her current clients with an authentic dynamic that captures not only her skill set but also a smile that validates the client and creates a sense of security. Caregiver of the Month: Benjamin

Congratulations to our April Caregiver of the Month Benjamin! Benjamin began working for Home Instead in 2021. He has been reliable, hardworking, positive and always stays calm and centered.  He is adept at assisting with all of his clients’ needs. His compassion and devotion to caring for our clients  make us wish we could duplicate him a hundred times over! His down-to-earth personality is exactly what our clients love about him. Caregiver of the Month: Theresa

Congratulations to our March Caregiver of the Month Theresa! Since Theresa started with Home Instead in February 2022, she has hit the ground running and hasn’t stopped! She is a skilled Caregiver and excellent in every respect. She has taken many short notices shifts and as soon as she visits once, the Clients, all want her back.

She is punctual, reliable, and efficient with a wonderful personality and sense of humor, and she always has a bright smile on her face. She catches on fast and has wonderful intuition on what needs to be done. No one ever needs to ask her to do something twice.

In all, Theresa is a highly professional and more than capable Caregiver and is a cherished employee of Home Instead. All her clients and their families seem to love her and consider her a first-rate Caregiver.

Caregiver of the Month: Sandra

We are thrilled to announce that Sandy is our Caregiver of the Month for February 2022! Sandy started with us in 2018 and we have been so grateful ever since. Sandy is a sweet person who is willing to give her heart in a big way. She has been amazing from day one. Her heart is made of gold and she is always advocating for her Clients! Sandy has wonderful communication skills with the clients and our office staff. Our clients love to see her smile when she comes through the door. In the time that Alex has worked for us he has worked with several of our clients in unique situations and has covered last minute shifts many, many times. He is not only blessed as a wonderful Caregiver but has also had to deal with difficult situations. Even though Alex was fairly new to Caregiving when he arrived at Home Instead, he has worked with Clients will many different needs, and always excels. Caregiver of the Month: Mode

Mode joined Home Instead earlier this year and has been an asset since she started! Her Clients describe her as having great attention to detail and being a kind hearted person. Mode communicates well with the office, always alerting us to any changes with her Clients. She is always prompt for her shifts and is someone we can truly rely on. Caregiver of the Month: James

James joined Home Instead in late 2020. He came to Home Instead with family caregiving experience. James treats all of his Clients like they are his family. The compassion he shows in his work is unbelievable and his Clients all feel so lucky to have him. On top of being an amazing Caregiver, James is also an amazing employee. He always clocks in and out on time, reports changes and issues promptly to the office, and works well with his peers. Thank-You James for all you do for your Clients and for Home Instead! Caregiver of the Month: Lela

Congratulations to our March Caregiver of the Month, Lela P. Lela joined out team in 2017 after working at the Home Instead in Wichita Falls Texas. Lela is a hard worker and always goes above and beyond to make sure her Clients are happy. We can always count on Lela to help us in a pinch! Over the years she has helped with many last minute fill in shifts. She has a kind heart and is always willing to give any case a try. She takes all opportunities available to her to advance her skills and is a familiar face at our trainings. Congratulations Lela, and thank-you for all you do for Home Instead.
