Chai Miole Admin and Scheduling Assistant

Chai, Admin & Scheduling Assistant

With over 7 years of experience in customer service and a degree in Mass Communication, I’ve developed strong written and verbal communication skills that have been essential in connecting with people and solving problems effectively. In 2021, I was recognized in the top 2% of teammates for performance, which led to my promotion as a Quality Analyst in 2023.

That role deepened my strengths in attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and documentation management—skills that are vital in scheduling and operations. I’m particularly drawn to roles that combine operational efficiency with human connection—two areas I’m deeply passionate about.

I bring a compassionate approach to resolving care challenges, ensuring clients and caregivers feel supported with empathy and professionalism.

I’m excited to contribute to a team where I can apply my strong work ethic, service-oriented mindset, and dedication to quality performance—making a meaningful impact not just operationally, but on the people we support every day.
