Medicare is one of those things that nearly all seniors deal with, yet most don't fully understand. It is understandable, because this is a massive resource with a TON of information to read through and mull over. At Home Instead, we know how important it is to get the most out of senior resources like Medicare, so we are happy to spotlight a local event that will take care of some of that looming stress.
On Tuesday, May 12th, from 5 to 6pm, the Douglas County Public Library, 1625 Library Lane, will host Medicare 101. This free resource is for adults (65+) who live in Carson Valley or those who assist them. Licensed agent Craig Wilcox will cover the basics of how Medicare works and provide answers to the most common questions regarding enrollment and coverage.
