At Home Instead, care is built on relationships. We take the time to understand what matters to you and your family—then provide support that feels consistent, thoughtful, and personal.
What sets us apart? We don’t just show up. We build trust. We get to know your family, listen to what matters, and create a plan that fits your life. And because we’re locally owned, you can count on care that’s rooted in the community.

Dependability means more than arriving for a scheduled care visit. Our office provides 24/7 on-call support, and team members can step in at a client’s home when a Care Pro calls off.
Our commitment often continues when clients temporarily leave home, too. Team members have visited clients in hospitals and nursing homes even when those clients weren’t currently receiving care from us.
After about 30 years in the Scottsbluff-Gering area, the older adults we serve are often our neighbours, friends, parents, and grandparents.
Our Scottsbluff office has experience with the Veterans Administration, GUIDE, long-term home care, Medicaid, and the Aging Office of Western Nebraska.
Which options apply depends on the individual and program eligibility, so our team can discuss the person’s circumstances and home care needs rather than assuming one funding option works for everyone.

Transportation can be particularly important for Scottsbluff-area families because getting to healthcare services can be challenging. Families may also encounter limited hospital availability or difficulty accessing in-home physical therapy.
Our Care Pros travel throughout the Scotts Bluff County corridor. Depending on the care plan, they can help clients with transportation and other everyday needs that make it easier to continue living at home.
No. Older adults are a significant part of the population we serve, but our team also supports younger people living with paraplegia and individuals with debilitating diseases.
Care is based on the individual’s needs, abilities, and routines. Our local experience includes personal care, companionship, respite, 24-hour assistance, hospital-to-home support, and other specialized home care.
Our team has 57 years of combined healthcare experience, including backgrounds as CNAs and in hospice, durable medical equipment, medical billing, and clinical management. The leadership team includes two CNAs, a Durable Medical Equipment Manager, and a Clinical Manager.
That range of experience supports a local office of approximately 50 Care Pros serving Scottsbluff, Gering, and surrounding communities.
