We are delighted to spotlight Lillie, our Care Pro of the Month for September at Home Instead Hinds, Madison & Rankin Counties. Over the past 7 years, Lillie has poured her heart and energy into caring for our clients—and her kindness shines in all she does.
Why Lillie Stands Out
Lillie’s colleagues say she brings a calming presence, genuine empathy, and consistent compassion to her work. She doesn’t just help with tasks—she connects, listens, and uplifts. Many clients and families mention how comfortable they feel and how naturally Lillie becomes part of their daily life.
Life Beyond Caregiving
Outside of her caregiving role, Lillie is deeply rooted in her community. She has attended Cornerstone Church in Pearl, MS for 15 years—where she finds fellowship and spiritual support. In her free time, she loves cooking, especially baking cookies, cakes, and candy. (We all hope she shares those with the team!)
Family & Heart
Lillie’s family is large and spread out: 12 nieces and nephews, and 7 great-nieces/nephews. Though many live away, she carries them close in her heart and stays in touch whenever she can.
Quiet but Impactful
While Lillie prefers to stay behind the scenes rather than in front of the camera, her influence is unmistakable. Her clients, families, and coworkers all see and feel her dedication. We are deeply grateful for her kindness, steadfast devotion, and the joy she brings to our team and those she serves.
