For the past four years, Bonita has been a valued member of the Home Instead family, bringing compassion, faith, and unwavering dedication to every client she serves. Her caring heart and selfless spirit have made a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their families, and we're grateful to have her on our team.
When asked what she enjoys most about caregiving, Bonita's answer reflects exactly who she is. She finds the greatest joy in being there for people when they need her most—whether that's lending a helping hand, offering a kind word, or sharing a heartfelt prayer. As Bonita says, "Most of all, I have God, and I love helping people." That faith and compassion guide the care she provides each and every day.
Bonita's passion for caregiving began long before she joined Home Instead. She spent 11 years caring for her grandmother at home, helping manage her feeding tube and daily care needs. Later, she lovingly cared for her mother during the final chapter of her life. Those deeply personal experiences strengthened her desire to serve others and ultimately led her to a career in professional caregiving.
Whether she's supporting a client through everyday tasks or simply offering encouragement and companionship, Bonita approaches every visit with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. Her ability to care for both the physical and emotional needs of those she serves is a reflection of the values she lives by.
Bonita often reminds us, "What a mighty God we serve!" Her unwavering faith, positive outlook, and servant's heart are an inspiration to everyone around her and embody the mission of Home Instead.
